Gitani DOC, originari della Camargue, dal sud della Francia, la formazione GIPSY FIESTA by GIPSY KING’s FAMILY sono ben conosciuti dal pubblico e dalla stampa specializzata, trionfando nei teatri e nelle piazze più prestigiose del mondo, come è già accaduto durante i festeggiamenti del Capodanno’97 sulla P.za Del Popolo di Roma, 3 edizioni della Manifestazione “ La Fiesta Gitana – Noche Flamenco” al Teatro Antico di Taormina, agli spalti del Maschio Angioino di Napoli, al Teatro Antico di Cagliari, al “Carnagie Hall” di New York, allo “Sporting Club” di Monte Carlo, partecipando ai più acclamati Festival Internazionali come al Festival ”Latino- Americando Expo” di Milano, “Nice Jazz Festival”, “Singapore Jazz Festival” e tanti altri.
Il perno centrale di questa formazione è Tony Cortes, ultimo rampollo della più famosa famiglia della musica gipsy, un autentico virtuoso della chitarra. Nipote e allievo di una leggenda come Manitas De Plata, è stato seguito anche da Paco De Lucia che lo hanno incoraggiato nel proseguire la sua strada.
