GIORNATA NAZIONALE DELL’HOMEBREWING – CASA SORO – SELARGIUS – SABATO 18 OTTOBRE 2014NATIONAL DAY HOMEBREWING – CASA SORO – SELARGIUS – SATURDAY OCTOBER 18,2014

Nata da un’idea di MoBI (Movimento Birrario Italiano -www.movimentobirra.it) la Giornata Nazionale dell’Homebrewing vuole ricordare la ricorrenza del 26 ottobre 1995, data di pubblicazione del Decreto 504, che legalizza la produzione casalinga di birra, prima di tale data considerata illegale.
Tutti gli homebrewers (produttori domestici di birra) distribuiti sul territorio nazionale sono chiamati a effettuare una “cotta” in contemporanea, da soli o in gruppo. Gli Homebrewers Sardi aderiscono con grande entusiasmo a questa iniziativa, in pieno spirito divulgativo, organizzando un’intera giornata a base di birra prodotta in casa.
Gli Hbs Homebrewers Sardi partecipano attivamente con una giornata all’insegna della birra fatta in casa.
Ecco il programma:
h 15.00 – Accensione fuochi e cotta pubblica. Si farà un’intera cotta dal vivo, la birra prodotta verrà fermentata ed utilizzata per l’evento dell’anno prossimo.
h 16.00 – Meeting homebrewers. Tutti i produttori casalinghi di birra potranno portare le proprie produzioni e assaggiarle reciprocamente in un clima costruttivo e conviviale.
h 18.30 – Laboratorio “Fermentazioni casalinghe”. I nostri soci faranno degustare i prodotti delle fermentazioni casalinghe (pani e birre) e vi introdurranno ai segreti del lievito! Per tutti i partecipanti un frammento di “pasta madre” da utilizzare per la panificazione. Il laboratorio è accessibile solo su prenotazione e ha un costo di € 5,00.
h 20.30 – Cena a buffet (organizzata da Pizza margherita Risto Pub) accompagnata da birre fatte in casa fino a vuotamento dei fusti. La cena è solo su prenotazione è ha un costo di € 20,00.
Per tutta la durata dell’evento sarà presente uno stand de Il Luppolo Mannaro, con esposizione di ingredienti ed attrezzature per la birrificazione casalinga.

All homebrewers (domestic producers of beer) from across the country are asked to perform a “crush” at the same time, either alone or in a group. The Homebrewers Sardi adhere with great enthusiasm to this initiative, in the spirit of popular organizing a whole day based beer brewed in house.
The Hbs Homebrewers Sardi actively participate in a day of home-brewed beer.
Here’s the schedule:
h 15.00 – Ignition fires and cooked the public. It will make a full cooked live, the beer will be brewed produced and used for the event next year.
h 16.00 – Meeting homebrewers. All manufacturers homemade beer will bring their production and taste them to each other in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
h 18.30 – Workshop “Fermentations housewives”. Our members will enjoy the products of fermentation housewives (bread and beer) and will introduce you to the secrets of yeast! For all participants a fragment of “sourdough” to be used for baking. The lab is available by reservation only and has a cost of € 5.00.
h 20.30 – Dinner buffet (organized by Pizza margherita Risto Pub) accompanied by homemade beers until emptying of drums. The dinner is by reservation only at a cost of € 20.00.
For the duration of the event will be a booth of The Werewolf Hop, with exposure to the ingredients and equipment for brewing homemade.
