Una giornata in laguna a Capoterra: ancora una volta protagonista è la laguna di Santa Gilla che domenica 24 agosto 2014 sarà percorsa con visite guidate per tutta la giornata presso il “Percorso Life di Santa Gilla” in località Maramura al km. 9,100
A pranzo e a cena previste degustazioni a base di prodotti locali (anche ittici la sera),prenotazioni entro venerdì 22 agosto 2014 (tel 3383187899 – 3463686961 – 3402126557 – 3334226593 – 070 7241118).
Le degustazioni si terranno presso il locale “Sotto la Torre” a Torre degli Ulivi, sempre lungo la SS195 Sulcitana ma al km. 18, dove al tramonto si terrà anche una rievocazione storica in costume medioevale.
PROGRAMMA COMPLETO
Giovedì, 21 agosto 2014:
ore 15,30 – Pulizia del primo tratto del percorso Life fra Cagliari e Capoterra da parte dei volontari con la collaborazione del Comune di Capoterra (Assessorato servizi tecnologici) e della società Derichebourg. Parteciperanno alla raccolta anche alcuni amministratori del Comune di Capoterra. Saranno forniti guanti, buste e acqua per tutti i partecipanti. I volontari riceveranno in dono un libro sulla Sardegna, la durata dell’intervento è di circa due ore.
Sabato, 23 agosto 2014:
ore 9,30 – Casa Melis, Capoterra – Conferenza: “Capoterra città lagunare: proposte di valorizzazione integrata fra ricordi e opportunità ”. Ecco il programma dell’incontro moderato dal giornalista Gino Melchiorre:
Domenica, 24 agosto 2014:
Visite guidate al Percorso Life di Santa Gilla:
dalle ore 9,00 alle ore 13,00 – Visite guidate no stop con partenza ogni mezzora – durata circa 1 ora, richiesto un contributo di 5 euro – con possibilità di osservare e conoscere la flora e la fauna endemica e con utilizzo di imbarcazioni tipiche Cius e Canoe. Saranno esposti attrezzi e strumenti per la pesca, cesti e nasse realizzate dal Maestro Mario Fais di Capoterra. Prevista anche una ciclopedalata con Cagliari Città Ciclabile. Durante la visita sarà presente un punto di ristoro (da non confondere con le degustazioni che avverranno invece a Torre degli Ulivi).
dalle ore 16,00 alle ore 18,30 – Visite guidate.
Ricordo anche che le visite guidate alla laguna sono una novità , essendo attive solo da due settimane, e lo rimarranno per tutta l’estate, ma solo la sera e nel weekend. Visite che da subito hanno fatto registrare un buon afflusso di pubblico a testimonianza dell’interesse diffuso per le aree umide del cagliaritano.
Degustazione di prodotti locali “Sotto la Torre” a Torre degli Ulivi:
ore 13,15 – Degustazione di prodotti tipici (Formaggi, olive, affettati, vino e acqua), con esposizione di prodotti tipici del territorio. Richiesto un contributo di 5 euro
dalle ore 20,00 e alle ore 22,00 – Visite guidate teatralizzate in costume medioevale, con la partecipazione della Compagnia Balestrieri Castel di Castro
ore 21,00 – Degustazione di prodotti ittici cucinati dai pescatori della laguna della Cooperativa Su Castiau di Capoterra.
Per la cena è previsto un contributo da 13 a 15 euro a seconda del menu che comprende orata o muggine, formaggi, affettato, fritto di calamari, pane, vino, acqua, frutta.
Dopo cena musica e animazione fino alle ore 24,00.

Guided tours of the Life Path of Santa Gilla:
