GIOCHIAMO E IMPARIAMO IN PIAZZA – CAGLIARI – SABATO 31 AGOSTO E 7 SETTEMBRE 2013PLAY AND LEARN IN THE SQUARE – CAGLIARI – SATURDAY AUGUST 31 and SEPTEMBER 7
La manifestazione prevede due incontri, il 31 agosto e 7 settembre dalle ore 16 alle 18:30 circa, da tenersi nella piazzetta Is Mirrionis (Ex Inacasa) in via Is Mirrionis 45. L’incontro ludico si rivolge a 30 ragazzi ( 15 per incontro ) e in particolar modo a bambini della scuola primaria (a partire dal secondo ciclo) e a ragazzi della scuola secondaria (di primo e secondo livello).
Obiettivi e descrizione dell’attività
Nella manifestazione proporremo dei giochi divertenti studiati per migliorare la conoscenza della lingua italiana e allenare le capacità mentali e di espressione. Con questi giochi, tratti dal libro scritto da Gianni Simeone “22 Modi per Giocare con le Parole”, è possibile avvicinarsi alla lingua e alla lettura in modo allegro e interessante. Parteciperà alla manifestazione anche l’autore del libro in veste di invitato speciale e presentatore dei giochi da lui ideati. I partecipanti verranno suddivisi in squadre dando vita ad un piccolo torneo.
L’intera manifestazione è ideata attorno alla filosofia del giocare per il gusto di stare insieme e imparare cose nuove. Giocare non significa quindi competere, ma partecipare per migliorare. Considerando che i giochi sono particolarmente utili anche per gli adulti, prevediamo di coinvolgere i genitori presenti nella varie attività.
Alla fine della manifestazione regaleremo ad ogni bambino il libro sopraccitato per permettere alla famiglia di poter ricreare a casa le divertenti dinamiche sperimentate in questo incontro, con la speranza che alcuni giochi possano diventare un felice momento di ritrovo e condivisione famigliare.

The event will include two meetings on 31 August and 7 September from 16 to about 18:30, to be held in the square Is Mirrionis (Ex Inacasa), via Is Mirrionis 45. The meeting is open to play 30 boys (15 per meeting) and especially in primary school children (starting from the second cycle) and secondary school children (first and second level).
Objectives and description of the activity
The event will offer fun games designed to improve the knowledge of the Italian language and train mental ability and expression. With these games, from the book written by John Simeon “22 Ways to Play with Words”, you can get close to the language and reading in a cheerful and interesting. Attend the event also the author of the book as a special guest and host of the games he designed. Participants will be divided into teams, giving life to a small tournament.
The entire event is designed around the philosophy of play for the fun of being together and learn new things. Play does not mean then compete, but to take part to improve. Considering that the games are particularly useful for adults too, we plan to involve parents in the various activities.
At the end of the event will be giving every child the aforementioned book to allow the family to be able to recreate at home the fun dynamics experienced in this meeting, with the hope that some games can become a happy time to meet and share family.
