FOURTH OF TRUFFLE FESTIVAL – LACONI – SUNDAY JUNE 3

Sunday, June 3 Laconi go on stage the 4th truffle festival of Sardinia.

The lunch is open to all visitors and of course composed by dishes made ​​with truffles. The menu, which will cost 20 €, includes: Gnocchi with truffles, pork loin with truffle truffle and ricotta, in addition to bread, water, wine and fruit.

Reservations can be made only through the Web Site of the Pro Loco of Laconi and must be received by May 20. The truffle is a product of the forest rather common in Sardinia where it is particularly common in the area of Laconi. The quality of the truffles in Sardinia are 3 different types (the most common one is the Scorzone) that count a collection of over 20 tons per year.
