LETTERE D’AUTUNNO-Mostra del libro a sostegno dell’editoria sarda, organizzato dall’associazione culturale Labor in collaborazione con l’associazione Matriarcale e la Biblioteca Comunale di Quartu S. Elena. grazie al contributo della Regione Autonoma della Sardegna e al contributo del comune di Quartu S. Elena, Assessorato Pubblica Istruzione, Sport, Politiche Giovanili,  Cultura e Spettacolo, si svolgerà da  Giovedì 13 a Domenica 16 dicembre 2012  presso l’ex convento dei cappuccini in Via Brigata Sassari e presso la Biblioteca Comunale in via Dante, e si articolerà in quattro giornate ricche di eventi: mostra e presentazioni di libri, forum/dibattiti, bookcrossing, proiezioni di film, installazioni, performance di teatro e danza. Al progetto hanno aderito anche alcuni commercianti di via E. Porcu (Caffè Amaro, Libreria Car.li, Le coccolle di Amelié), p.zza Azuni (Vanità by Oscar) e Via XX Settembre (Salletta Team).

PROGRAMMA VENERDì 14 DICEMBRE 2012

A partire dalle ore 9.30 alle ore 13.00 sarà possibile visitare la mostra del libro a sostegno dell’Editoria Sarda presso la Biblioteca Comunale in via Dante 66 a Quartu S.E. dove esporranno le case editrici che partecipano alla manifestazione e sarà possibile acquistare i libri presentati nelle quattro giornate, e non solo.

La sera ci si sposta alle ore 18.00  presso l’ex Convento dei Cappuccini in via Brigata Sassari n. 3 a Quartu S. E. con la sezione incontri del festival e questa volta verrà dato spazio ad un tema, quello   dell’editoria digitale, che pian piano si sta facendo strada e sta cambiando le nostre abitudini. L’incontro è a cura di Alessio Pira e Massimo Spiga  e si intitola Introduzione all’editoria digitale e sarà un momento importante per discutere sul futuro dell’editoria, per condividere esperienze e per tenersi aggiornati su sviluppi su diversi argomenti chiave dell’evoluzione verso l’editoria digitale.

Alle ore 19.30 seguirà la presentazione di Tzacca Stradoni, libro di Gianni Mascia, edizioni Condaghes con interventi di Maria Grazia Marilotti  e Davide Melis. Nel libro sono riportate le storie che sentiva da ragazzino Giovanni Mascia da parte di quelli che lui stesso definisce i suoi “amici malandrini”.

Alle ore 21.00 si chiuderà con la proiezione del film di Pedro Almodóvar (Spagna 2006). Volver , presentato in concorso al Festival di Cannes 2006, ha vinto due premi: quello per la migliore sceneggiatura e  quello per la migliore interpretazione femminile (Penélope Cruz, Carmen Maura, Lola Dueñas, Chus Lampreave, Yohana Cobo, Blanca Portillo). Il titolo in spagnolo significa “Tornare” e riassume il senso del film, nonché del tango da cui prende il nome.

IL FESTIVAL
LETTERE D’AUTUNNO-Mostra del libro a sostegno dell’editoria sarda è una manifestazione letteraria che ha tra i suoi obiettivi quello di stimolare le curiosità del  pubblico quartese cercando di coinvolgere  anche   quella fetta di pubblico a cui non sempre un festival letterario si rivolge.
Da Giovedì 13 a Domenica 16 Dicembre 2012, una quattro giorni  ricca di appuntamenti con autori che negli ultimi anni hanno offerto un solido contributo  alla nostra cultura. Verranno presentate le opere letterarie di Giovanni Follesa, Francesca Falchi, Gianni Mascia, Paolo Manconi, Francesco Mastinu, Claudio Loi  e Giovanni Casula. Interverranno tra gli altri gli attori: Alessandro Mascia, Alberto Lecca, Antonella Puddu e Carlo Porru che presenterà la performance teatrale Viviamo ma… non siamo vivi con i testi curati da Anna Porrà. La formula è quella dell’integrazione, ovvero:  scrittori famosi, poeti, attori-lettori ma anche neofiti della parola che per una manciata di tempo avranno a diposizione un luogo dove raccontare le loro storie.
Il festival è stato pensato come un grande contenitore di offerte diverse  tra di loro che spazino all’interno di varie discipline artistiche  che con la letteratura  integrano e completano i loro percorsi comunicativi. Per questo motivo sono state create sinergie con il mondo del cinema, delle installazioni poetiche, della danza e del teatro. Il tutto sotto un unico comune denominatore, la lettura.
Nella sezione “incontri e cinema” il Critico Cinematografico Elisabetta Randaccio esplorerà il rapporto fra “Cinema e Femminicidio” all’interno della micro rassegna cinematografica  dedicata a questo tema e curata dall’ Ass.ne Matriarcale. I tre film in programmazione saranno: Oltre ogni limite di M.Young, Volver di Pedro Almodovar e We Want Sex di Nigel Cole.
Gli altri incontri saranno: “Editoria Digitale” a cura di Alessio Pia e Massimo Spiga mentre il Sindaco di Quartu Mauro Contini aprirà l’incontro sul tema “Lingua Sarda e Identità” in cui interverranno Francesco Casula, Graziano Milia e Stefano Cherchi. Le performance di danza Libri , che si terrà  domenica 16 dicembre 2012 alle ore 10.30  nella sala espositiva della Biblioteca Comunale sarà a cura di Paola Scaia, Barbara Sanna e Luca Catalano.
Lettere D’Autunno farà anche da madrina all’iniziativa di Booksharing in collaborazione con alcuni dei più noti negozi quartesi. Una collaborazione che prende il nome di Your Book e che vede nello scambio di libri usati una ripresa della pratica  del “baratto culturale” che ormai domina la scena in tante parti del mondo. La filosofia del book sharing prevede un circuito di scambio di libri usati in modo del tutto gratuito. In ogni Your Book Point si potrà scegliere tra diversi libri e per ogni libro preso bisognerà lasciarne uno dei propri. I punti di scambio saranno sparsi per Via E. Porcu e i commercianti aderenti avranno il marchio Your Book esposto in vetrina.  La manifestazione Lettere d’Autunno farà da apripista a questa iniziativa regalando 150 libri ai passanti che transiteranno nel centro di Quartu.
Ogni giorno, poi, sarà possibile visitare la mostra del libro a sostegno dell’Editoria Sarda dalle ore 9.30 alle ore 13.00 presso la Biblioteca Comunale in via Dante 66 a Quartu S.E. dove esporranno le case editrici che partecipano alla manifestazione e sarà possibile acquistare i libri presentati nelle quattro giornate, e non solo.

Infine tutti i giorni saranno organizzati dei reading in forma di flash mob in orari non prestabiliti presso le seguenti attività commerciali: Vanità by Oscar in p.zza Azuni, Caffè Amaro in via E. Porcu n° 20, Libreria Car.li in via e E. Porcu n° 69, Le Coccole di Amelie in via E. Porcu n° 144 e presso Saletta Team in via XX Settembre n° 29. I reading e le performance saranno a cura di Sergio Anrò ed Elena Vacca su una selezione di brani tratti dalle opere di: Roberto Saviano, Alessandro Baricco, Lella Costa, Paolo Fresu, Giobbe Covatta, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Borghi-Taurino ed Elena Vacca.

LETTERS AUTUMN-Show in support of the book publishing Sardinia, organized by the cultural Labor in collaboration with the Association and the Public Library of Matriarchal Quartu S. Elena. thanks to the contribution of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and the contribution of the municipality of Quartu S. Elena, Department of Education, Sport, Youth, Culture and Entertainment, will take place from Thursday 13 to Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the former Capuchin monastery in Via Sassari Brigade and at the public library in Via Dante, and is divided into four event-filled days: exhibition and book presentations, forums / debates, bookcrossing, film screenings, installations, performances of theater and dance. The project have also joined some traders via E. Porcu (Bitter Coffee, Car.li Library, The coccolle of Amélie), Piazza Azuni (Vanity by Oscar) and Via XX Settembre (Salletta Team).

PROGRAM FRIDAY, December 14, 2012

Starting from 9.30 to 13.00 you can visit the book fair to support the publishing Sarda at the public library in Via Dante 66 to Quartu SE which exhibit publishers participating in the event and you can buy the books presented in the four days, and beyond.

In the evening we will move to 18.00 at the former Capuchin convent in Via Sassari Brigade n. 3 to Quartu S. E. meetings with the section of the festival and this time will be given space to a theme, that of digital publishing, that slowly works its way and it is changing our habits. The meeting is organized by Pira and Alessio Massimo Spiga and is titled Introduction to digital publishing and will be an important time to discuss the future of publishing, to share experiences and to keep abreast of developments on various topics key to the evolution towards digital publishing.

At 19.30 followed by the presentation of Tzacca stradoni book of Gianni Mascia, Condaghes editions with the participation of Maria Grazia Marilotti and Davide Melis. In the book are the stories he heard as a boy John Mascia by those he calls his “friends robbers.”

At 21.00 will close with the screening of the film by Pedro Almodóvar (Spain 2006). Volver, in competition at the Cannes Film Festival 2006, won two awards: one for Best Screenplay and one for Best Actress (Penélope Cruz, Carmen Maura, Lola Dueñas, Chus Lampreave, Yohana Cobo, Blanca Portillo). The title is Spanish for “Back” and summarizes the meaning of the film, as well as the tango from which it takes its name.

THE FESTIVAL
LETTERS AUTUMN-Show in support of the book publishing Sardinian is a literary event that has among its objectives to stimulate the curiosity of the public quartese trying to involve the part of the audience that is not always a literary festival turns.
From Thursday 13 to Sunday, December 16, 2012, four days full of events with authors who in recent years have provided a solid contribution to our culture. Will present the literary works of John Sante, Francesca Falchi, Gianni Mascia, Paul Manconi, Francesco Mastinu, Claudio and John Loi Casula. Speakers include actors: Alessandro Mascia, Alberto Licks, Antonella and Carlo Puddu Porru who will present live theatrical performance but … we are not living with texts written by Anna licensee shall. The formula is that of integration, namely: famous writers, poets, actors-readers but also newcomers to the word for a handful of time they will have full availability a place to tell their stories.
The festival was conceived as a large container of different deals among themselves and spazino in various artistic disciplines with the literature that complement and complete their routes of communication. For this reason they were created synergies with the world of cinema, poetic installations, dance and theater. All under one common denominator, reading.
In the section “meetings and film” The Film Critic Elizabeth Randaccio explore the relationship between “Cinema and femicide” in the micro film festival dedicated to this subject and supervised by ‘Ass.ne Matriarchal. The three films in programming are: Extremities of M.Young, Volver by Pedro Almodovar and Dagenham Nigel Cole.
Other meetings will be: “Digital Publishing” by Alexis Pia and Massimo Spiga while the Mayor of Quartu Mauro Contini will open the meeting on “Sardinian Language and Identity” in which intervene Francesco Casula, Graziano Milia and Stefano Cherchi. The dance performances Books, which will be held Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 10.30 am in the exhibition hall of the Municipal Library will be edited by Paola Scaia, Barbara and Luke Sanna Catalan.
Letters On Autumn will also be the godmother of Booksharing initiative in collaboration with some of the most popular shops Quartu. A collaboration that takes the name of Your Book and sees the exchange of used books a resumption of the practice of “cultural exchange” that now dominates the scene in many parts of the world. The philosophy of the book provides a sharing circuit of exchange used books absolutely free of charge. In any Book Your Point you can choose from several books and for each book taken must leave one of their own. The exchange points will be scattered through Via E. Porcu and traders members will have the brand Your Book in the window. The event Letters Autumn will lead the way in this initiative giving away 150 books to passers circulating in the center of Quartu.
Each day, then, you can visit the book fair to support the publishing Sarda from 9.30 to 13.00 in the Municipal Library in Via Dante 66 to Quartu SE which exhibit publishers participating in the event and you can buy the books presented in the four days, and beyond.

Finally, every day will be organized in the form of reading flash mob in times not fixed in the following business activities: Vanity by Oscar in Piazza Azuni, Bitter Coffee, via E. Porcu No. 20, Library Car.li in e E. Porcu No. 69, The Cuddles Amelie, via E. Porcu No. 144 and at Saletta Team on Via XX Settembre No. 29. The readings and performances will take care of Anro Sergio Vacca and Elena on a selection of excerpts from the works of Roberto Saviano, Alessandro Baricco, Lella Costa, Paolo Fresu, Job Covatta, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Borghi-Taurino Vacca and Elena.
