Si rinnova anche quest’anno l’appuntamento col Festival del Cinema di Tavolara, dal 13 al 20 luglio 2014

I FILM

Godetevi il festival, dal 13 luglio a Porto Taverna! l’arena sarà sulla spiaggia, lo schermo sulla parete del 12.1 il bar ristorante, le sedie nella concessione adiacente, INGRESSO LIBERO E GRATUITO.

Quest’anno, non mancate all’appuntamento di Martedì 15 Luglio 2014, nell’oasi naturalistica La Peschiera, San Teodoro, ore 21:30 per unirvi a noi nella mitica avventura di ‘Kon Tiki’ (regia di Joachim Rønning ed Espen Sandberg). Si tratta della straordinaria storia dell’antropologo ed esploratore norvegese Thor Heyerdal, che nel 1947 attraversò il Pacifico in una zattera, percorrendo 4.300 miglia per mostrare che le civiltà precolombiane fossero le prime a colonizzare la Polinesia.

Il 15 e il 16 alla peschiera di San Teodoro organizzeremo prima della proiezione, come già lo scorso anno, una distribuzione di cibo da strada, con i prodotti locali. con una spesa mite potrete gustare le prelibatezze del mare, con i prestigiosi vini di alcune importanti cantine locali. a seguire il 15 Kon Tiki, fantastica anteprima internazionale in collaborazione col nordic film fest di Roma, il 16 L’arte della felicità. Le proiezioni come sempre sono tutte libere e gratuite, vi aspettiamo! (e per il 16 è prevista una grande sorpresa, seguiteci!)

Il festival Una Notte in Italia, nato nel 1991, da un gruppo di amici innamorati dell’isola di Tavolara e della settima arte, ha seguito da vicino per anni la produzione e le vicende del cinema italiano, coinvolgendo nel suo svolgimento autori ed interpreti. Il festival ha sempre mantenuto le stesse prerogative: tanto cinema italiano, alcune volte quello più bistrattato dai circuiti di distribuzione, la stessa cornice inimitabile (Tavolara è stata definita la più affascinante arena all’aperto del mondo e vero cinema in Paradiso) e la voglia di affermare che anche un bene ambientale d’inestimabile valore come l’isola di Tavolara possa essere fruito con proposte intelligenti che coniughino alla perfezione tutela paesaggistica e turismo.

Con uno spazio tradizionalmente dedicato al cinema sardo e in particolare ai giovani registi o ad opere significative del panorama regionale.
L’attività del festival ha sempre posto l’accento sulla valorizzazione ambientale dell’isola ed  ha aiutato la costituzione di una riserva marina protetta di recente istituzione.
Nello sviluppo del suo corso l’evento si è arricchito con un nutrito programma di attività collaterali e ha mantenuto fede sempre alla prerogativa di grande evento popolare, nel corso del quale pubblico e addetti ai lavori si incontrano senza filtri  nella stessa barca e nella stessa platea.
La dimensione raggiunta dall’evento (15000 presenze lo scorso anno), la sua credibilità a livello nazionale e la qualità dei giornalisti e degli addetti ai lavori coinvolti ne fa uno dei festival più esposti mediaticamente a livello nazionale, tra quelli svolti in Sardegna. Dallo scorso anno il festival è diventato un capitolo del più ampio progetto regionale Le Isole del cinema che coinvolge quattro isole con altrettanti progetti dedicati alla settima arte e che unisce in un’Associazione Temporanea di Scopo Quattro Associazioni
