FESTA DEL CUOCO – EX VETRERIA – PIRRI – 19-20 OTTOBRE 2013CHEF FESTIVAL – EX VETRERIA -PIRRI – OCTOBER 19 TO 20

L’Unione Cuochi Regione Sardegna e l’Associazione Cuochi Sud Sardegna, insieme all’Associazione Sinergia Femminile (Associazione Onlus), con il patrocinio del Comune di Cagliari, della Municipalità di Pirri, la collaborazione della Coldiretti di Cagliari e il contributo delle Attività Produttive della Provincia  di Cagliari anche quest’anno organizza la “Festa del cuoco” che si terrà il 19/20 ottobre 2013  al Parco Ex Vetreria a Pirri. L’iniziativa ha come obiettivo la raccolta di fondi per l’acquisto di attrezzature che saranno destinate ai reparti oncologici.
A partire da sabato 19 ottobre alle ore 18.00, ci sarà l’inizio alle degustazioni e esposizione prodotti locali del gruppo Typicaly e Sardegna Beautiful. Dalle 19.00 Typicaly Tour con il concerto di Consuelo Lallai, la partecipazione di Roberto Demelas e il tenore Andrea Pinna.

Domenica 20 ottobre dalle 10 del mattino, dopo l’apertura affidata alle autorità e del mercato di Campagna Amica  ci sarà l’esibizione delle danzatrici orientali con “Amar and the Iknos belly dance”, l’intrattenimento del gruppo animatori I Baraonda e l’esibizione del Piccolo Coro di Sant’Efisio. Saranno preparati piatti tipici  di ogni Provincia della Sardegna e Campagna Amica che i partecipanti potranno degustare, mentre nel pomeriggio ci sarà il taglio della maxi torta.  La festa sarà accompagnata dalla presenza del gruppo “Quattromori Chaper e HD Cagliari e la presentazione dei nuovi modelli Harley Davidson 2014.
Durante la giornata si esibirà il cabarettista Roberto Demelas, Tangosardinia con i maestri Valentina Orrù e Roberto Meloni e la sfilata di moda dell’Atelier “Emma Ibba”. Alle 19.00 ci sarà l’estrazione dei biglietti della lotteria  e gran finale con la Band musicale “A reti unificate”.
Per l’occasione saranno presenti l’Associazione provinciale dei Cuochi delle diverse province sarde, tutte le associazioni di settore: Amira, Air, Aibes, pasticceri e le scuole alberghiere.
L’Associazione cuochi Provincia Cagliari insieme a Carbonia-Iglesias e Medio Campidano fanno parte dell’Associazione Cuochi Sud Sardegna affiliata all’Unione Cuochi Regione Sardegna e alla Federazione Italiana Cuochi (www.fic.it ).

From Saturday, October 19 at 18:00 , there will be the beginning of exposure to wine tasting and local products of the group Typicaly Beautiful and Sardinia . From 19.00 Typicaly tour with a concert by Consuelo Lallai , the participation of Roberto Demelas and tenor Andrea Pinna.
Sunday, October 20 from 10 in the morning , after opening for the authorities and market Campagna Amica there will be an exhibition of oriental dancers with ” Amar and the Iknos belly dance ” , the entertainment group The Uproar and the animators ‘ performance by the Piccolo Coro Sant’Efisio . Will be prepared dishes from every province of Sardinia and Campagna Amica that participants can taste , while in the afternoon there will be the cutting of the cake maxi . The festival will be accompanied by the presence of the group ” Quattromori Chaper and HD Cagliari and presentation of new Harley Davidson 2014.
During the day you will be performing stand-up comedian Roberto Demelas , Tangosardinia with the masters Valentina Orru and Roberto Meloni and fashion Atelier ” Emma Ibba ” . At 19.00 there will be the extraction of lottery tickets and the grand finale with the band musical ” A unified networks .”
To mark the occasion there will be the provincial Association of Chefs of the different Sardinian provinces , all the industry associations : Amira , Air, Aibes , pastry chefs and hotel schools .
The Association cooks Cagliari Province along with Carbonia- Iglesias and Medio Campidano are members of the affiliated Union Cooks Cooks Southern Sardinia Region of Sardinia and the Italian Federation of Chefs ( www.fic.it ) .
