Qualcuno lo sta chiamando “acquatrekkig”, noi lo facciamo ormai da tempo, sicuramente è un piacevolissimo procedere lungo il letto del Flumendoda rinfrescandoci continuamente nelle sue limpide piscine, mentre ammiriamo il panorama selvaggio accompagnati da falchi, poiane ed aquile.

Quest’anno non affronteremo nessun dislivello: abbiamo raddoppiato invece il percorso nel letto del fiume: meno fatica, meno caldo…più bagni!!!

Già il percorso in auto per arrivare al punto di partenza della nostra escursione, percorrendo una zona solitaria e selvaggia, costeggiando il bel lago

accompagnati dalla vista di Perda Liana, ai piedi delle Creste del Gennargentu, è una gita di per se!!!

Lungo la via piante rare e negli anfratti, dalle alte pareti, nidi di rapaci.

Nel nostro procedere incroceremo la cascata del Rio ‘e Forru incastonata nelle pareti a strapiombo della gola che le ospita.

Il caldo non deve farci paura: niente di più bello che, poggiato lo zaino, immergerci nelle limpide e fresche acque per poi riprendere il nostro cammino!!!

Portate il costume anche se, a seconda della temperatura, è divertente e piacevole immergersi vestiti per camminare più freschi.

Necessari scarponi da trekking, cambio completo anche di scarpe e asciugamano da lasciare in auto, cappellino, filtri solari e acqua.

Someone is calling him “acquatrekkig,” we do it for some time, certainly is a pleasant drive along the bed of the Flumendoda awesome continuously in the clear pools, while we admire the view, accompanied by wild hawks, buzzards and eagles.

This year will not face any difference: instead we have doubled the path in the bed of the river, less fatigue, less hot … more baths !!!

Already the journey by car to get to the starting point of our hike along a lonely and wild, along the beautiful lake

accompanied by the sight of Lose Liana, at the foot of ridges Gennargentu, is a trip in itself !!!

Along the way rare plants and in the ravines, high walls and nests of birds of prey.

In our progress we will cross the waterfall of Rio ‘and Forru nestled in the steep walls of the gorge that houses them.

The heat should not make us fear nothing more beautiful than that, resting backpack, diving into the clear, fresh water and then resume our journey !!!

Bring your costume though, depending on the temperature, it is fun and enjoyable dive clothes for walking freshest.

Needed hiking boots, even complete change of shoes and towel to leave in the car, hat, sunscreen and water.
