Il down è stato riportato anche dal sito internet Down Right Now. Anche noi abbiamo effettuato qualche prova ed abbiamo riscontrato che i problemi riguardano soprattutto la versione desktop che risulta accessibile solo ad una piccola percentuale di utenti.
