New Osini, settlement built after 1951, when it was abandoned the old town of Osini, located a few miles later, after a terrible flood.

As one climbs the “Taccu of Osini” limestone plateau above it, passing through the gorge known as “Scale of St. George” spectacular natural monument (LR 31/89).

Parked at the exit of the gorge our path, a bit ‘long but easy, through natural and archaeological attractions.

The feature of this trail is the presence of different sights, different nuraghi and fascinating landscapes.

In particular viewpoint on the lookout Punta Scrau, nuraghi Serbissi, built above a large cave with two inputs, Urceni, Sanu, Orruttu, the landscape of Heels Heeled Perda Liana.

The route, simple and pleasant, ideal for taking our walks, is suitable for all walkers. But they are always recommended hiking boots.

Now this season it is always advisable to leave by car to a complete change (from shoes to clothes)
