EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES – CAGLIARI – GIOVEDI 13 DICEMBREEUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES – CAGLIARI – THURSDAY DECEMBER 13

Di cosa si tratta? è un evento promosso dal Consiglio d’Europa e dall’Unione Europea con il quale si intende promuovere e raggiungere l’obiettivo di una Europa multilingue. La prima edizione è stata promossa nel 2001, nominato anno europeo delle lingue, e da allora ogni anno viene riproposta per cercare di salvaguardare la ricchezza linguistica e l’eredità culturale europea attraverso la diffusione della conoscenza linguistica.
La conferenza realizzata per illustrare tutti i vantaggi del multilinguismo in ambito lavorativo, nel favorire la coesione dell’identità europea e nei vantaggi che porta il conoscere più di una lingua a livello di competenze personali.
Tramite il mix ormai collaudato di formazione, vivacità ed entusiasmo che caratterizza i nostri eventi, scopriremo che il multilinguismo è sinonimo di prosperità e competività nel mondo del lavoro e metteremo alla prova le nostre abilità linguistiche con un gruppo di giovani Erasmus.

L’appuntamento è per le 17:30 presso l’aula 9 della Facoltà di Lingue e Letterature Straniere di Cagliari.

Ci aiuteranno a comprendere meglio queste tematiche i seguenti relatori:

Prof. Massimo Arcangeli (Docente dell’ex facoltà di Lingue): “Lingue, culture, identità dell’inclusione per una nuova Europa”;

Prof.ssa Ernestina Giudici (Docente della facoltà di Economia): “Progettazione Europea e apprendimento linguistico”;

Dott. Ignacio Garcia: “L’importanza e il valore della lingua italiana nella società odierna”.

Al termine della conferenza ci sposteremo al Major Preep, nel Corso Vittorio Emanuele, dove avrete la possibilità di rifocillarvi di fronte ad un invitantissimo buffet e di confrontarvi con ragazzi Erasmus, con i quali allestiremo dei tavoli di conversazione linguistica. In ogni tavolo si parlerà una lingua diversa, senza definire prima un particolare argomento, ma semplicemente esercitando le proprie competenze chiaccherando con ragazzi madre lingua.

What’s this? is an event organized by the Council of Europe and the European Union with which it intends to promote and achieve the goal of a multilingual Europe. The first edition was launched in 2001, appointed European Year of Languages, and every year since then reappears to try to preserve the richness of linguistic and cultural heritage of Europe through the spread of linguistic knowledge.
The conference designed to explain the benefits of multilingualism in the workplace, promoting cohesion of the European identity and the advantages it brings to know more than one language at the level of personal skills.
Using the tried and tested mix of training, verve and enthusiasm that characterizes our events, we find that multilingualism is synonymous with prosperity and competitiveness in the world of work and we will test our skills with a group of young Erasmus.

The event is scheduled for 17:30 at the Aula 9 of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature of Cagliari.

They will help us to better understand these issues the following speakers:

Dr. Ignacio Garcia: “The importance and value of the Italian language in today’s society.”

After the conference we will move to Major Preep in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where you will have the chance to recuperate before a invitantissimo buffet and confront guys Erasmus, with whom we set up the tables for conversation linguistics. In each table we will talk a different language, without first define a particular subject, but simply exercising its competencies chatting with boys mother tongue.
