SABATO 1/11/2014  ESCURSIONE ALLA GOLA DI GORROPPU DA GENNA SILANA

La mitica Gola di Gorroppu è la meta della nostra escursione del 1/11/2014. La raggiungeremo partendo da Genna Silana (1050 m), lungo la S.S. 125, in territorio di Urzulei, percorrendo una carrareccia che si immerge nel bosco e raggiunge la Gola con un itinerario di circa 1 ora e 30’.

Cammineremo all’interno della gola, tra pareti spettacolari, per circa 1 ora.

Ci si sente piccoli piccoli rispetto alle pareti incombenti sui lati e alle forze della natura, che qui si avvertono potenti e talvolta devastanti!

Vi invito ad assaporare questo clima in silenzio: ne vale veramente la pena!

Partenza ore 7:00 da Quartu S. Elena, parcheggio Supermercato Leclerc.

Tempo di percorrenza: circa 5 ore

Dislivello in salita: circa 650 m

Difficoltà: E (occorre un certo allenamento)

Costo: € 15 a persona (+ il ticket di € 5,00 per l’ingresso)

Auto propria, scarponi da trekking, pranzo al sacco e acqua da bere.

The legendary Gorroppu Gorge is the destination of our tour of 01/11/2014. The reach starting from Genna Sila (1050 m), along the SS 125, in Urzulei, along a track that plunges into the forest and reaches the throat with a walk of about 1 hour and 30 ‘.

We walk inside the throat, between walls spectacular, for about 1 hour.

It feels little smaller than the looming walls on the sides and the forces of nature, here you feel powerful and sometimes devastating!

I invite you to enjoy this atmosphere in silence, it is really worth it!

Departure 7:00 am from Quartu St. Helena, Leclerc supermarket parking lot.

Distance: about 10 km

Elevation gain: 650 m

Difficulty: E (takes some practice)

Cost: € 15 per person (ticket + € 5.00 per entry)

Own car, hiking boots, lunch and water to drink.
