ESCURSIONE DEL PLENILUNIO A MINNIMINNI (CASTIADAS)
Riprendiamo a camminare la notte, approfittando del plenilunio di maggio.
E’ l’ccasione, per chi è in vacanza ma anche per chi è in città, per una piacevole passeggiata a poca distanza da Cagliari.
La nostra meta sarà il Monte Minniminni, dalla cui cima potremo ammirare il bellissimo panorama della costa di Villasimius illuminata.
Affronteremo la prima parte del percorso, un bel sentiero, con gli ultimi sprazzi di luce per veder sorgere la luna davanti a noi. Giunti in cima potremo consumare uno spuntino veloce per poi riguadagnare la via del rientro accompagnati dalla luce della luna piena.
Lunghezza: circa 8 Km
Dislivello in salita: circa 350 m
Durata: cira 3 ore e 30′
Escursione di livello E (Escursionisti)
Appuntamento alle ore 19 parcheggio del Supermercato Leclerc di Quartu S. Elena, fronte Cimitero.
Auto propria, scarpe da trekking, cena al sacco, acqua da bere.
E’ opportuno portare anche una felpa e una piccola torcia.

TOUR OF A FULL MOON Minniminni (CASTIADAS)
We continue to walk the night, taking advantage of the full moon in May.
And ‘the ccasione for those who are on vacation but also for those in the city, a pleasant walk a short distance from Cagliari.
Our goal will be the Monte Minniminni, whose summit you can admire the beautiful panorama of the coast of Villasimius lit.
We will address the first part of the trail, a beautiful trail, with the last flashes of light to see the moon rise before us. At the top we can grab a quick snack and then regain the path back accompanied by the light of the full moon.
Length: about 8 Km
Difference in altitude: 350 m
Duration: 3 hours and 30 CIRA ‘
Excursion level E (Walkers)
Meet at the parking lot of 19 Leclerc Supermarket Quartu S. Elena, front Cemetery.
Own car, hiking shoes, picnic dinner, drinking water.
It ‘should bring a sweatshirt and a small flashlight.
