Note e suggerimenti: è obbligatorio dotarsi di un abbigliamento comodo e confortevole adatto alla situazione, con pantaloni lunghi e scarponcini da trekking.
I partecipanti devono comunque avere un allenamento adeguato all’impegno dell’escursione, ed essere in buono stato di salute generale. Cibo e bevande a discrezione di ciascuno.

Notes and tips: It is mandatory to implement a convenient and comfortable clothing suitable to the situation, with long pants and hiking boots.
Participants must have a proper workout however the commitment of the excursion, and be in good general health. Food and drinks at the discretion of each.
