18.30 Visita guidata Tomba dei Giganti S’Ena e Thomes- Dorgali
20.00 Arrivo all’Hotel Ispinigoli-Dorgali- e sistemazione in camera

9,00 Escursione con fuoristrada e guide locali per Su Gorropu:

intorno alle ore 11.00 si arriva all’ingresso del canyon con un percorso all’interno di difficoltà medio elevata poiché ci si deve aiutare con le mani per superare ostacoli rocciosi.

E’ consigliabile attrezzarsi con degli scarponi  da trekking ed eventualmente anche di una giacca a vento e uno zainetto. Tempi di percorrenza all’interno del canyon 40 minuti circa andata e 40 minuti per rientro.

Possibilità al rientro di fare un bel bagno nel Rio Flumineddu

9.00 Excursion by jeep and local guides on Gorropu :

around 11.00 am we arrive at the entrance of the canyon with a path within the medium high difficulty because you have to help with your hands to overcome rocky obstacles .

And ‘ advisable to equip themselves with the hiking boots and possibly a jacket and a backpack. Travel times within the canyon about 40 minutes and went 40 minutes to return .

Ability to return for a swim in the Flumineddu
