Lungo la S.S. 125, sul versante di fronte a S. Gregorio, oltre il rio Longu, se spostiamo lo sguardo
a destra delle note cime dei Sette Fratelli,
potremmo intravedere sulla sommità del crinale,
una vedetta antincendio utilizzata dalla forestale nel periodo estivo.

Lì si trova Bruncu Antiogu Oi.

Oltre alla vedetta sulla cima, meta della nostra escursione, da dove si gode di un panorama
a 360° sul M. Serpeddì, i M. Sette Fratelli e sul golfo di Cagliari, lungo il nostro percorso visiteremo
un nuraghe
( SaTeula ) nascosto dalla fitta vegetazione, da dove i nostri avi dominavano su tutta
la piana di Cagliari, ed attraverseremo la bella ed inaspettata foresta di Figu Niedda… alle porte di Cagliari.

Una breve deviazione lungo il percorso ci permetterebbe di visitare la chiesetta di S. Forada, riportata alla luce alcune settimane fa da gentili boscaioli

Sono necessari gli scarponi da trekking.

Avere sempre nello zaino il necessario per proteggerci dalla pioggia ed un cambio completo da lasciare in auto.

Along the S.S. 125 , on the slope in front of St. Gregory , as well as the Rio Longu , if we shift the gaze
to the right of the famous peaks of the Seven Brothers ,
we could catch a glimpse of the top of the ridge,
a fire look-out used by the forest during the summer.

There is Bruncu Antiogu Oi .

In addition to the lookout on top , destination of our excursion , where you can enjoy a panorama
360-degree M. Serpeddì , M. The Seven Brothers and the Gulf of Cagliari, along our route we will visit
a dolmen
( SaTeula ) hidden by the dense vegetation , where our ancestors ruled over the whole
the plain of Cagliari , and we will cross the beautiful and unexpected forest Figu … Niedda the outskirts of Cagliari.

A short detour along the way would allow us to visit the church of S. Forada , brought to light a few weeks ago by gentle woodsmen

You need your hiking boots .

Always have in your backpack you need to protect us from the rain and a complete change from leave in the car .
