DIVERTING DUO è la band/progetto di Sara e Gianmarco.
Dopo un demo autoprodotto e svariati concerti i due registrano e pubblicano nel 2009 il loro primo album lover/lover uscito per l’isolana ZAHRrecords.
L’album d’esordio, accolto molto bene dalla stampa italiana, da voce al loro dream-pop lo-fi e minimale mettendo le basi per un tour che nel corso del 2009 li ha portati a suonare in buona parte d’Italia ed Europa.

Il nuovo disco dei diverting duo “WE LEND YOU A MEMORY” uscirà per Zahr Records a fine ottobre 2012. Il full lenght si compone di 10 pezzi inediti che segnano un cambio per i Diverting duo che passano dall’indie folk del primo album ad un Pop più strutturato anche grazie all’abbondante presenza di sintetizzatori e al programming delle basi.

Diverting DUO is the band / project of Sara and Gianmarco.
After a self-released demo and several concerts both record and publish their first album in 2009, lover / lover came to the island ZAHRrecords.
The debut album was very well received by the Italian press, from voice to their dream-pop lo-fi and minimalist laying the foundations for a tour in 2009 brought them to play in much of Italy and Europe .

The new record of diverting duo “WE LEND YOU A MEMORY” will be released by Zahr Records in late October 2012. The full length consists of 10 new songs that mark a change for diverting passing dall’indie folk duo’s first album to a more structured Pop thanks to the abundant presence of synthesizers and programming of the bases.
