Venerdì 10 gennaio nuovo appuntamento Live al Kastè Social Pub (in via Università , 37, a Cagliari): dalle 22.30, in scena i Diverting Duo, ovvero Sara Cappai (voce, chitarra, synth ) e Gianmarco Cireddu (chitarra, synth e laptop).

La band, già conosciuta dalla stampa per il suo primo lavoro “Lover/Lover”, ha pubblicato nel novembre 2013 con ZAHRrecords il suo secondo album “We lend you a memory”. Il full lenght si compone di 10 pezzi inediti che segnano un cambio per i Diverting duo: dal pop folk del primo album ad un Dream-Pop più strutturato anche grazie all’abbondante presenza di sintetizzatori e al programming delle basi, pur mantenendo l’originaria impronta minimale e onirica dei precedenti lavori. Il disco è stato anticipato dall’uscita del singolo/video Outset, girato dalla band con l’utilizzo di una Lomokino. (http://vimeo.com/49240868)
L’uscita dell’album è stata seguita da un tour nazionale e da alcune date in Europa.

Da giugno 2013 Sara ha iniziato una collaborazione con Sun Glitters, artista e producer lussemburghese, con la partecipazione vocale in alcune tracce del nuovo disco “Scattered into Light” in uscita a gennaio 2014 per l’etichetta americana Mush Records.
Il 24 dicembre 2013, per l’etichetta giapponese TOTOKOKO, sono usciti i due singoli : “Fade/Rise” e “Lucky boy” che sono stati inseriti in un Ep che contiene anche 2 pezzi dei vecchi dischi.

The band , formerly known by the press for his first work, ” Lover / Lover ” , published in November 2013 ZAHRrecords his second album “We lend you a memory .” The full length album consists of 10 new songs that mark a change for Diverting duo : the folk pop of the first album to a Dream- Pop more structured thanks to the abundant presence of synthesizers and programming of the bases, while maintaining the original minimal footprint and dreams of previous work. The album was followed by a national tour and some dates in Europe .

From June 2013 Sara began a collaboration with Sun Glitters , artist and producer Luxembourg , with the participation vocal on some tracks of the new album “Scattered Into Light” due out in January 2014 with the American label Mush Records.
On December 24 , 2013, for the Japanese label TOTOKOKO , have left the two singles : “Fade / Rise ” and ” Lucky boy” that were included in an EP which also contains 2 pieces of old records .
