FEDERICO CARTA – CRISALIDE

Italo Calvino, Le città invisibili.
Tra asfalto e ruggine, Federico Carta, ci conduce in un viaggio visionario che invita ad andare oltre, ad essere curiosi.
Una spinta di curiosità per trovare le storie che si rivelano tra i panni stesi, per scoprire gli incontri che si
consumano in periferia, per sentire i muri che parlano e i silenzi della città.
L’atmosfera poetica è quella urbana, le storie che si raccontano parlano della desolazione dell’ambiente
naturale e delle fragilità del grande sistema metropoli.
Città distrutte e città del futuro, in cui la natura invadente sembra riprendersi la città, farsi a sua volta città.
Una forza che invita a r-esistere in attesa di un mondo che deve ancora nascere.
Tuttavia nella raffigurazione di questa inesorabile rovina non ci sono elementi drammatici che evocano l’allarme, non c’è tragedia, anzi tra i segni oscuri si avverte la presenza della vita come la parte più luminosa nella crisi della società urbana.

La mostra sarà visitabile tutti i giorni feriali dalle ore 10 alle ore 20 fino al 31 Gennaio 2013.

Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities.
Between asphalt and rust, Federico Charter, takes us on a visionary journey that invites us to go beyond, to be curious.
A push of curiosity to find the stories that turn out to be among the clothes laid to discover the meetings that
consume in the suburbs, to hear the walls talk and the silence of the city.
The atmosphere is urban poetry, the stories that are told speak of the desolation of the environment
natural environment and the fragility of the great system metropolis.
Destroyed cities and cities of the future, where the intrusive nature seems to take back the city, being in turn the city.
A force that invites you to r-exist waiting for a world that has yet to be born.
However, the representation of this inexorable fall there are dramatic elements that evoke the alarm, there is no tragedy, even among the signs obscure feel the presence of life as the brightest part in the crisis of urban society.

The exhibition is open every weekday from 10 am to 20 pm until 31 January 2013.
