Il 23 Dicembre siete invitati al Kyoto Zen per una serata e un contest all’insegna del divertimento
Una serata tra amici, appassionati e persone che vogliono divertirsi che si articolerà in due parti:
Festa privata dell’associazione (e di tutti coloro che vorranno farne parte) e a seguire il contest classico.

PRE-SERATA:
Dalle 17:00 alle 20:30 la location sarà riservata a tutti i soci dell’Associazione Culturale Mondi Sospesi o chi versa un’acconto della quota sociale di almeno 12.00 ?! Nulla di più semplice! Cosplayer, amici, appassionati… siete tutti invitati (ma i posti sono limitati, pertanto affrettatevi)!
Verranno organizzati tre incontri per la raccolta delle iscrizioni e delle quote, il primo incontro è fissato Giovedì 29 Novembre presso il Neverland (Via Mameli 124D a Cagliari) dalle 21:00 alle 23:30.
Sarà inoltre possibile inoltre saldare la quota mediante donazione paypal all’email mondisospesi@gmail.com (ricordatevi di indicare nella causale il vostro nome e cognome).

la FESTA:
Saranno più di tre ore intense in cui prepararsi, fare photoset, Karaoke e cenare tutti insieme.
Grazie ai meravigliosi scorci che offre il Kyoto Zen (a tema Giappone) dalle 17:00 alle 19:00 sarà possibile organizzare dei bellissimi photo set.

Dalle 19:00 alle 20:00 si terrà il buffet aperto sempre e solo agli iscritti, per continuare a conoscersi e ridere prima dell’inizio della gara e dell’arrivo del pubblico.

RICAPITOLANDO:

– Possibilità di cambiarsi in tutta calma per la gara che, ricordiamo,
inizierà alle 21:30
– Un concreto aiuto all’Associazione a sostenere le spese delle varie manifestazioni

INGRESSO CONTEST:
Dalle ore 20:30 le porte del Kyoto Zen si apriranno al pubblico e ai
cosplayer. La location offre un palco straordinario con impianto luci
e audio di qualità.
L’ingresso, 5 euro con una consumazione da versare in loco, è libero fino ad esaurimento dei posti disponibili.
Inoltre per la serata il locale proporrà dei menù speciali che vi forniremo a breve. (Per prenotare un tavolo è possibile chiamare allo 0707542158)

Pronti a mangiare e fare il tifo? Informiamo il pubblico che durante
la serata l’applausometro decreterà i vostri vincitori quindi dateci
dentro!

the FEAST:
Will be more intense than three hours in which to prepare, do photoshoots, Karaoke and dinner all together.
Thanks to the wonderful views offered by the Kyoto Zen (Japan theme) from 17:00 to 19:00 you can organize beautiful photo in September

Will be held from 19:00 to 20:00 and the buffet is always open only to members, to continue to meet and laugh before the start of the race and the arrival of the public.

CONTEST ENTRY:
At 20:30 the doors of the Kyoto Zen will open to the public and
cosplayer. The location offers a unique stage with lighting system
and audio quality.
The entrance 5 euro with a drink to be paid on the spot, is free until all seats available.
