Durata 20 ore con prove pratiche. Iscrizioni entro il 5 settembre.
Le Acli provinciali di Cagliari proseguono i corsi base rivolti agli aspiranti barman. Due le edizioni in programma a settembre, una si terrà a Cagliari, l’altra a Decimomannu.

La data di inizio dei corsi è prevista per l’8 settembre 2014, agli iscritti sarà inviata una e-mail di conferma.

Questi gli orari delle lezioni che si terranno tutti i giorni, fino al 12 settembre:
– (corso Cagliari, Via Roma 173) dalle 9.30 alle 13.30;
– (corso Decimomannu, Via San Giacomo 2) dalle 16 alle 20.

Durante i corsi – entrambi della durata di 20 ore – sarà descritta la figura del Barman e presentato il nuovo ricettario internazionale I.B.A. (International bartenders association). I partecipanti, inoltre, potranno esercitarsi con le fondamentali tecniche per la preparazione dei cocktails.

The ACLI provincial Cagliari continue the basic courses targeted at aspiring bartender. Two editions scheduled for September, one will be held in Cagliari, the other Decimomannu.

These times of the lessons will be held every day until September 12:
– (Over Cagliari, Via Roma 173) from 9.30 to 13.30;
– (Decimomannu course, Via San Giacomo 2) from 16 to 20.

During the courses – both lasting 20 hours – it will be described the figure of Barman and presented the new international cookbook IBA (International bartenders association). The participants, moreover, can be exercised with the basic techniques for the preparation of cocktails.
