REGOLAMENTO – CONCORSO DI PITTURA ESTEMPORANEA

Art. 1 – L’associazione turistica PRO LOCO di Atzara (NU) in collaborazione con MUSAA-Museo d’arte Atzara ed il patrocinio del Comune, organizza per domenica 12 maggio 2013, un concorso di pittura estemporanea dal tema libero.

Art. 2 – Gli artisti potranno far pervenire la loro adesione inviando l’apposita scheda scaricabile dal sito del Comune di Atzara, http://www.comune.atzara.nu.it/, tramite fax al numero 0784 65508, via e-mail al seguente indirizzo: pinacotecatzara@tiscali.it o personalmente, domenica 12 maggio 2013 entro le
ore 10:30.

Art.3 – Possono partecipare tutti gli artisti italiani e stranieri con libertà di tecnica. Ogni concorrente può partecipare con un massimo di una sola opera. Le misure minime consentite sono di centimetri 70x 100 più cornice.

Art. 4 – La quota di partecipazione è fissata in € 20,00 da versare all’atto delle operazioni di timbratura; con tale importo, l’artista avrà diritto ad un pasto.

Art. 5 – Le operazioni di timbratura dei supporti avverrà dalle ore
8:30 alle ore 10:30 presso il Museo d’arte di Atzara in P.zza Ortiz Echague. All’atto della timbratura verrà rilasciata una scheda numerata da applicare sul retro dell’opera, che non dovrà essere firmata ne presentare segni di riconoscimento. L’individuazione dell’autore avverrà tramite il numero attribuito, per cui il medesimo
numero dovrà essere posto dall’autore in busta chiusa dentro la quale dovranno essere riportate le esatte generalità. Le opere dovranno essere consegnate senza firma che verrà apposta solo dopo che la giuria avrà stilato la lista dei vincitori o all’atto della premiazione.

Art. 6 – Le opere dovranno essere consegnate entro le ore 18:00
del giorno fissato per il Concorso.

Art. 7 – Le decisioni della commissione giudicatrice, i cui componenti verranno resi noti a seguito della premiazione, sono inappellabili. La partecipazione al concorso implica la conoscenza ed accettazione incondizionata di tutte le norme contenute nel presente regolamento.

Art.8 – L’assegnazione dei premi comporta la cessione, da parte
degli autori, delle opere premiate alla Pro Loco. Tutte le opere verranno esposte per circa due settimane nelle sale del museo e potranno essere acquistate al prezzo indicato dall’autore, tranne quelle premiate.

Art. 9 – Le opere non premiate potranno essere ritirate dagli autori a conclusione della mostra.

Art.10 – Gli organizzatori, pur assicurando la massima cura e custodia delle opere pervenute, declinano ogni responsabilità per furti, incendi o danni di qualsiasi natura a opere o persone che possano verificarsi prima, durante o dopo lo svolgimento della
manifestazione.

Art.11 – L’effettiva partecipazione degli artisti al Concorso implica la perfetta conoscenza e conseguente accettazione delle norme previste dal presente regolamento, che potrà subire modifiche (pur non alterandone la sostanza) qualora si rendessero necessarie per una migliore riuscita del concorso.

REGULATION – PAINTING CONTEST EXTEMPORANEOUS

Article 1 – The tourism association Pro Loco of Atzara (NU) in collaboration with MUSAA-Atzara Art Museum and sponsored by the City, arranges for Sunday, May 12, 2013, a painting competition on the theme impromptu free.

Article 2 – The artists can send their adhesion sending the registration form downloaded from the website of the Municipality of Atzara, http://www.comune.atzara.nu.it/, by fax at 0784 65508, e- mail to the following address: pinacotecatzara@tiscali.it or personally, Sunday, May 12, 2013 by the
10:30 am.

Art.3 – can participate in all the Italian and foreign artists with freedom of technique. Each participant can submit a maximum of one work. The minimum measures are allowed to 70x 100 cm plus frame.

4 – The participation fee is set at € 20.00 due at time of stamping operations, with this amount, the artist will be entitled to a meal.

5 – The operations of stamping media will be from hours
8:30 am to 10:30 am at the Art Museum in Piazza Atzara Ortiz Echague. At the time of stamping will be issued a numbered tab to apply on the back of the work, which must be signed they show no signs of recognition. The identification of the author will be through the number allotted for which the same
number must be placed by the author in a sealed envelope inside which must contain the exact generality. The works must be delivered without a signature will be affixed only after the jury has compiled a list of winners or the time of award.

6 – The works must be delivered no later than 18:00
the day fixed for the competition.

7 – The decisions of the jury, whose members will be announced following the ceremony, are final. Participation in the competition implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of all the rules contained in this Regulation.

Article 8 – The award involves the sale by
of the authors of the winning works at the Pro Loco. All works will be displayed for about two weeks in the museum and can be purchased at the price indicated by the author, except those awarded.

9 – The works not awarded may be withdrawn by the authors at the conclusion of the exhibition.

Art.10 – The organizers, while ensuring the utmost care and custody of the works will not be responsible for theft, fire, or damage of any kind to people or works that may occur before, during or after the holding of the
event.

Art.11 – The effective participation of the artists in the competition implies full knowledge and acceptance of the resulting rules laid down in this Regulation, that can be modified (while not altering the substance) if it be necessary for a success of the competition.
