Si avvicina alle battute finali il XXII Festival Internazionale di Musica Vocale Concordia Vocis. Dopo aver accompagnato il proprio appassionato pubblico nell’avvincente mondo della musica vocale con le interpretazioni di grandi formazioni arrivate dall’Inghilterra e dalla Bielorussia, la rassegna “ritorna” entro i confini nazionali e per il terz’ultimo appuntamento della stagione presenta un gruppo vocale professionistico di Biella: “Voceversa”.

La formazione nata nel 2002 e composta da Simone Bocca (baritono), Alberto Servo (controtenore), Roberto Marinone (tenore), Alessandro Oliaro (basso), Carlo Maffei (basso), Carlo Cavagna (basso), Mauro Fosci (controtenore) è la protagonista di un breve tour nell’isola di sole tre date che sia, apre a Cagliari venerdì 20 settembre alle ore 21, tra le pareti ricche di storia e i preziosi arredi lignei rinascimentali della Chiesa di Sant’Agostino (ingresso lato Largo Carlo Felice e/o Via Baylle). Anche per l’occasione di questo concerto, il gruppo vocale piemontese sarà introdotto da una breve esibizione dei padroni di casa “Echos Vocal Ensemble del Coro Polifonico del C.U.M.”

Dopo la performance nel capoluogo dell’isola i “Voceversa” – vincitori nel 2011 del premio speciale Feniarco alla cinquantesima edizione del Concorso Internazionale di canto Seghizzi di Gorizia – si trasferiranno nel Sulcis per il concerto in programma sabato 21 settembre alle ore 21 al Teatro Electra di Iglesias.  Nella cittadina del Sulcis-Iglesiente saranno accolti in una sorta di ideale gemellaggio musicale, dall’esibizione del “Coro città di Iglesias”.

Per l’ultima tappa di questa mini tournèe in Sardegna nell’ambito del XXII Concordia Vocis, i sette cantanti professionisti biellesi “Voceversa” faranno rotta verso l’accogliente costa ogliastrina per l’altra grande serata di musica vocale, in cartellone domenica 22 settembre alle ore 21 alla Cattedrale di Sant’Andrea a Tortolì.

Il gruppo a cappella “Voceversa sin dalla sua costituzione si è distinto per la capacità di proporre repertori vari che dall’epoca medioevale e rinascimentale giunge ai giorni nostri, toccando stili e matrici culturali molto differenti compresa la musica popolare tipica del Piemonte.

In questa tre giorni sarda proporranno al pubblico di Concordia Vocis un assortimento di brani che abbracciano epoche molto differenti: una prima parte per lo più incentrata su spartiti rinascimentali come “Amor vittorioso” Giovanni Giacomo Gastoldi (sec. XVI-XVII), “Con amores, la mi madre” Juan de Anchieta (sec. XV), “Il Bianco e dolce Cigno” J. Arcadelt (1505-1568), “Matona mia cara” Orlando Di Lasso (1532 – 1594), “Mille Regretz” Josquin des Prez (1450 – 1521), “Calme des Nuits”     e “Les Fleurs et les Arbres” Camille Saint-Saëns (1835–1921).

Nella seconda parte della serata dalle note del “Ubi caritas” di Maurice Duruflé (1902–1986) passeranno con agilità a spartiti moderni, jazz, pop e leggera come “Blackbird” e “Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da” dei Beatles J. Lennon, P. McCartney, “Down to the river to pray” A. Krauss, “The Gift to be Simple” Bob Chilcott, “The Creole Love Call” Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn, “Maramao perché sei morto” Consiglio-Panzeri, “Tulipan” Grever-Morbelli.

The group, formed in 2002 and consists of Simone Mouth (baritone ), Alberto Servo ( countertenor ), Roberto Marinone (tenor ), Alessandro Oliaro (bass), Carlo Maffei (bass), Carlo Cavagna (bass), Mauro Fosci ( countertenor ) is the protagonist of a short tour of the island of only three dates that opens in Cagliari Friday, September 20 at 21, between the historic walls and precious wooden furniture renaissance of the Church of Sant’Agostino ( side entrance Largo Carlo Felice and / o Street Baylle ) . Even for the occasion of this concert , the vocal group the Piedmont will be introduced by a short performance of the hosts ” Echos Vocal Ensemble Choir of the CUM “

After the performance in the capital of the island ” Voceversa ” – winners of the special award in 2011 Feniarco to the fiftieth edition of the International Singing Competition Seghizzi – will move in Sulcis for the concert scheduled for Saturday, September 21 at 21 at Theatre Electra Iglesias. For the last stage of this mini tour in Sardinia as part of the XXII Concordia Vocis , the seven professional singers Biella ” Voceversa ” will head to the cozy Ogliastrine coast to the other great evening of vocal music , scheduled Sunday, September 22 21 at the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Tortoli .

The a cappella group ” Voceversa since its establishment, has been distinguished by its ability to offer various repertoires that comes from the Middle Ages and Renaissance to the present day , touching many different styles and cultural matrices including the popular music typical of Piedmont.

In these three days Sardinian offer the public of Concordia Vocis an assortment of songs spanning many different eras : the first part mostly focused on Renaissance music as ” Amor Victorious ” Giovanni Giacomo Gastoldi (XVI- XVII ), “by amores the mi madre ” Juan de Anchieta (XV century) , ” the Black Swan and sweet “J. Arcadelt (1505-1568) , ” Matona my dear,” Orlando Di Lasso (1532 – 1594) , “A Thousand Regretz ” Josquin des Prez (1450 – 1521) , “Calme des Nuits ” and ” Les Fleurs et les Arbres ” Camille Saint- Saëns ( 1835-1921 ) .
