-I partecipanti avranno un budget spesa limitato per servire 40/50 coperti.
-Il menu (€ 25) con minimo tre portate a scelta, sarà concordato e pubblicizzato online una settimana prima di ogni serata.
-Gli aspiranti chef saranno aiutati in cucina dal nostro staff.
-L’obiettivo di “Chef per una Notte” è quello di creare una serata divertente fra amici e clienti abituali, sperimentando e creando nuovi piatti.
-La votazione avverrà in due fasi diverse: una al Peek-A-Boo durante la cena e una su Facebook ed Instagram nei giorni successivi.
-Il punteggio finale acquisito consentirà di vincere un viaggio gastronomico per due persone in Italia.

“>-Participants will have a restricted spending budget to serve 40/50 seats.
“>-The menu (€ 25) with at least three courses of your choice, it will be agreed and advertised online one week prior to each evening.
“>-Aspiring chef in the kitchen will be helped by our staff.
“>-The goal of “Chef for a Night” is to create a fun evening with friends and regulars, experimenting and creating new dishes.
“>-The vote will take place in two stages: one in the Peek-A-Boo during dinner and on Facebook and Instagram in the following days.

“>-The final score obtained will win a culinary trip for two to Italy.
