CHEF FOR A DAY -TUSCANY SARDINIA DINNER – GRETA’S – FRIDAY JUNE 15 9:00 PM
The competition “Chef for a Day” this week offers the combination of the two regions, perhaps most representative of Italian cuisine, as a prize for the winner or winners a luxurious ride for a day on the boat in the beautiful south west coast of the sea!  In the kitchen we have two wonderful representatives of the two reasons, Rita and Manuela, we propose the menu and we will present: Entrees:  Croutons and sliced Crostini with chicken liver Toast with Bottarga Toast with bacon and pumpkin flowers colonnaded Barley boiled with red onions, tomatoes and mussels.  ___________________________________________  First course:  macaroni Garfagnana Green gnocchi with pesto sauce, ricotta and Philadelphia.  ____________________________________________  Main courses:  Cut with rocket, parmesan cheese and mixed vegetables.  Veal with Vernaccia Roasted potatoes _______________________________________________  dessert:  Nougat parfait Taste of chestnut cake with sweet ricotta.  _____________________________________________________  including:  water  1 bottle of red or white wine per 4 people  coffee  bitter Price 30.00 euros per person (including bitter)
Starting from 22.30 will perform on stage at Greta’s Silvia Piras and Matthias Pegna .. let us be carried away by their Brazilian rhythms.
