July 15, 2012 – Calasetta The Kings Ballroom Show in “The wild rhythms of the ’50s” (Rock’n Roll, Swing, Rhythm & Blues) A dip in America in the 50s, a trip back in time to reclaim some values had been lost and find a happiness of simple things: rock ‘n roll, swing and rhythm & blues become the soundtrack in the narrative of facts, events and curiosities of some of the artists who have marked time. July 29, 2012 – Anne Arresi Alessandro Haber and the quintet Meridies in “El Tango” (Tango) El Tango is a concert that reinterprets and tells the Argentine Tango by Astor Piazzolla, the composer now best known and loved around the world. The lyrics are by Louis Borges and Horacio Ferrer, who has long worked with Piazzolla’s masterpieces such as giving birth to numerous cycles of Baladas and milongas. The show tells of a world of hope and disillusionment, passion and betrayal through the pathos and irony typical of South American culture.

September 2, 2012 – Sant’Antioco (date subject to confirmation) Giuseppe Nova and Rino Vernizzi Jazz Quintet in “Bach to Jazz” Since 1975, the music of Claude Bolling has established itself in an explosive on the international scene.
