CAR SHARING A CAGLIARICAR SHARING IN CAGLIARI

Il prossimo servizio della Cagliari verde, europea ed ecologista sarà il Car Sharing. Il Car Sharing, similmente al bike sharing, altri non è che il noleggio temporaneo di un’auto per muoversi in città partendo da uno stallo per poi riconsegnarla ad un’altra delle stazioni di parcheggio.

Un servizio di auto a noleggio anche esso fai-da-te, all’interno della città e questa  è una novità. E la propone il Comune. Paghi l’abbonamento annuale, prenoti l’auto ad esempio da piazza Giovanni XXIII. E la depositi in via Crispi. Il costo è legato ai chilometri percorsi. Ma benzina, pastiglie dei freni (e anche per il mal di testa per il parcheggio che non si trova), revisione e assicurazione non sono più affare (e preoccupazione) dell’automobilista. Insomma, nel pieno del traffico di Cagliari, in auto sì, ma non con la propria vettura. Il servizio, già adottato in tante altri centri urbani (metropoli ma anche cittadine sotto i trentamila abitanti) della Penisola, partirá tra poche settimane. Ad annunciare la novità è Guido Portoghese, presidente della commissione Trasporti e mobilità del Comune. «La procedura del Car Sharing – racconta – è semplicissima: l’auto verrà prelevata e riportata in un parcheggio adiacente il proprio domicilio, pagando qualche euro per il tempo necessario all’effettivo utilizzo temporaneo». Non diversamente da quello che succede con il “bike sharing”, l’utente iscritto al servizio prenota l’auto e va a ritirarla nel parcheggio. Il costo per l’utente prevede il versamento di una quota annuale e le “quote a consumo”,  relative ai singoli periodi di utilizzo, ovviamente in proporzione alla durata della prenotazione e alla percorrenza effettiva. «Quando si possiede un’auto privata – racconta Portoghese – gran parte dei costi sono indipendenti dall’utilizzo che se ne fa, ad esempio i costi di acquisto, manutenzione, assicurazione e tasse sono spese considerevoli dalle quali un automobilista non può esimersi». A Cagliari l’Autoservizi Mereu svolgerà il servizio di noleggio a partire da novembre e ha  richiesto all’amministrazione civica l’utilizzo di venti stalli situati in piazze e strade che coprono quasi tutti i quartieri di Cagliari:  piazza Repubblica, De Gasperi,  Giovanni XXIII, via Crispi,  Ampere, Santa Gilla, Scano, Trentino, a Porta Cristina e nell’Ospedale Civile. L’amministrazione ha deciso di acconsentire, dando una impronta “verde” al progetto. Proprio come il colore degli stalli previsti dall’amministrazione in tutta la città. «Questo sistema porterà a un risparmio vero per gli automobilisti. Si tende – spiega Portoghese– a percepire solo i costi vivi, il carburante, i pedaggi, le soste mentre l’auto condivisa lega i costi relativi all’uso dell’auto, unicamente al suo reale utilizzo. Infine, non bisogna sottovalutare gli effetti positivi sull’ambiente, derivanti da un minor numero di auto in circolazione». La sistemazione delle strisce verdi (che vanno a sommarsi a quelle bianche, rosa, blu e gialle) non sarà fatta a caso. Prendiamo gli stalli (due) di piazza Repubblica: sono all’uscita della metro e accanto alla rastrelliera del Bike sharing. In piazza Giovanni XXIII (5) stesso principio con possibile combinazione bici auto. La stazione Car sharing di via Crispi, invece, potrebbe essere strategica per chi arriva in città con i mezzi dell’Arst o con il treno: per arrivare lì da piazza Matteotti basta soltanto attraversare via Roma.

I parcheggi, le stazioni, le basi, gli stalli (chiamateli come volete) del car sharing a Cagliari saranno in tutta probabilità una ventina, in piazza Repubblica, De Gasperi, Giovanni XXIII, via Crispi, Ampere, Santa Gilla, Scano, Trentino, a Porta Cristina e nell’Ospedale Civile. Vicino a Ospedali, Tribunale e servizi, ma anche a stazioni dei treni, dei bus, della metropolitana leggera e basi del bike sharing per un sistema di trasporto moderno e integrato.
