Brinda a Valencia per il Capodanno 2013 !!!
Valencia è la terza città di Spagna e si è rifatta il look dopo aver organizzato ed ospitato la Coppa America di Vela che ha portato soldi, investimenti e tanto turismo. Il numero di visitatori è aumentato sensibilmente così come le attrazioni di una città in rapida trasformazione e con lo sguardo rivolto al futuro. Altra conseguenza turistica è il fatto che i visitatori giungono in città non solo nei mesi estivi o durante la famosissima festa popolare Las Fallas, che cade nel mese di Marzo a cavallo del giorno di San Giuseppe, ma sta diventando molto di moda trascorrere anche le vacanze invernali ed il Capodanno a Valencia.
Sono tante infatti le opportunità di divertimento per chi decide di festeggiare il 31 Dicembre nella città spagnola. Innanzitutto il cibo: anche la tradizione spagnola prevede una lunga cena per l’ultimo giorno dell’anno. Sia chi resta in famiglia che chi prenota in uno dei tantissimi ristoranti del centro storico di Valencia, deve gustare i piatti tipici della cucina valenciana e tra tutti questi spicca la paella. Originaria proprio di Valencia, il gustosissimo piatto di carne e verdure fa parte del menu del Capodanno. Per brindare è d’obbligo l’agua de Valencia, un cocktail a base di arancia e vodka.
Dopo cena, chi prima chi dopo mezzanotte, l’appuntamento è il Plaza Ayuntamiento, nel cuore della città . Qui tutti attendono i dodici rintocchi della Torre dell’Orologio. Consuetudine vuole che dopo ognuno bisogna mangiare un chicco d’uva: ciò sarà di buon auspicio per l’anno che verrà . Immediatamente dopo il cielo si illuminerà di fuochi d’artificio che caratterizzano ogni Capodanno a Valencia e che segnano l’inizio del nuovo anno.
Durante le ore piccole va in scena la tipica movida spagnola. Nelle stradine del Barrio del Carmen, nei pressi della Cattedrale, in Calle de Caballeros e in Plaza de la Virgen, piene di festoni e luci, ci sono tantissimi club, locali e discoteche pieni zeppi di gente che si spostano da un bar ad un altro bevendo e divertendosi. Ragazzi entrano ed escono in continuazione dai locali in un’atmosfera decisamente allegra.
