CAMMINIAMO CON LA LUCE DELLA LUNA NEL PARCO 7 FRADIS
La luna sarà piena domenica notte ma possiamo approfittare della sua luce per fare una piacevole passeggiata con cui, percorrendo un sentiero che parte dalla Valle di Maidopis, raggiungeremo le rovine di Su Cunventu dove potremo consumare la cena; torneremo al punto di partenza con un altro percorso, guidati dalla luce lunare.
Appuntamento ore 18:30 a Quartu S. Elena, parcheggio Supermercato Leclerc.
Auto propria, scarpe da trekking, spuntino al sacco, felpa e piccola torcia.
Lunghezza: circa 8 Km
Dislivello: circa 300 m
Tempo : 3 h’ circa
Costo: € 15 a persona
Il percorso non presenta particolari difficoltà e può essere effettuato anche dai bambini, purchè con una minima esperienza di cammino.

WALK WITH THE LIGHT OF THE MOON IN THE PARK 7 Fradis
The moon will be full on Sunday night but we can take advantage of his light to take a leisurely stroll with which, along a path that starts from the Valley of Maidopis, we will reach the ruins of Su Cunventu where we will have dinner, we return to the starting point with another path, guided by the moonlight.
Meeting at 18:30 Quartu S. Elena, Leclerc Supermarket parking.
Own car, hiking shoes, packed lunch, sweatshirt and small flashlight.
Length: about 8 Km
Difference in altitude: 300 m
Time: 3 h ‘about
Cost: € 15 per person
The route is not difficult and can be done even by children, provided with a minimum experience of walking.
