Arriva dal fisco la mappa della distribuzione della ricchezza in Italia, con in testa il Comune di Basiglio, in provincia di Milano, dove il reddito imponibile medio tocca quota 53.589 euro. Valsolda, in provincia di Como, è a poco più di un’ora d’auto, distante solo 105 chilometri, ma in termini di ricchezza li divide un abisso: è il Comune italiano con i cittadini più «poveri», con un imponibile medio che si ferma a 11.998 euro. Tra i due estremi gli 8.100 Comuni italiani: una «classifica» che emerge dai dati più aggiornati del ministero dell’Economia, diffusi oggi dal Dipartimento delle Finanze, che a livello comunale dettagliano il reddito imponibile ai fini delle addizionali Irpef nell’anno di imposta 2011.

Tra le grandi città Milano è in vetta alla graduatoria, il dodicesimo comune d’Italia per reddito dei suoi cittadini, con un imponibile medio di 36.252 euro. Segue Roma, al cinquantacinquesimo posto, con 30.543 euro. E, subito dopo, tra i primi prime cento Comuni con più ricchezza media, spulciando la lunga lista del tesoro spuntano anche Pavia (30.308), Padova (29.914), Treviso (29.645), Siena (29.019), Bologna (28.809), Varese (28.804), Parma (28.436), Cagliari (28.309), Lecco (28.246), Firenze (28.131). A cercare le città del Meridione e delle Isole, dopo Cagliari la regina del Sud è Lecce, con una ricchezza media di 26.835; stacca di misura Bari (25.877), che batte di un soffio Napoli, praticamente un pareggio (25.875); mentre Palermo è più giù in classifica (25.612).

A voler spulciare tra le curiosità, tra le capitali del turismo vip Portofino stacca Cortina d’Ampezzo e Capri, con 30.545 euro di imponibile contro i 27.278 di Cortina e i 24.787 dell’Isola Azzurra. Più dietro Arzachena (con Porto Cervo), che si ferma a quota 20.132. Ma tra le mete turistiche primeggia Campione d’Italia: la citt’ del casinò è al top della classifica del fisco, al terzo posto tra tutti gli 8.100 comuni, con un reddito imponibile medio di 42.772 euro. A guardare non solo le città più grandi o più note, ma tutti i comuni, al top per distribuzione della ricchezza, dopo Basiglio ci sono, tutti al Nord, Galliate Lombardo (Varese) con 44.814 euro di reddito imponibile medio, Campione d’Italia (exclave italiana in territorio svizzero, ma amministrativamente in provincia di Como) con 42.772 euro, Cusago (Milano) con 42.119 euro, e Carate Urio (Como) con 40.021 euro.

Rovesciando la graduatoria, i Comuni «cenerentola», agli ultimi posti in classifica subito prima di Valsolda, sono il calabrese Platì (Reggio Calabria) al penultimo posto con 12.233 euro, dopo il piemontese Gurro (Verbano Cusio Ossola) con 12.377 euro, il lombardo Val Rezzo (Como) con 12.389 euro, e quintultimo il siciliano Mazzarrone (Catania) con 12.400 euro.Cagliari Queen of the South in the tax returns of 2011.
