BUSFINDER E UPMOBILE, IL CTM CAGLIARI A PORTATA DI SMARTPHONEBUSFINDER and UPMOBILE,THE CTM CAGLIARI IN THE SMARTPHONE

Il CTM Cagliari si modernizza e diventa maggiormente fruibile al cittadino.
Sono nate due nuove applicazioni per smartphone ,”Busfinder” e Up Mobile: con la prima gli utenti chiedono come raggiungere un luogo e da che mezzi del Ctm è coperto,mentre la seconda vende i biglietti.

Busfinder
Visualizzazione linee
fornisce un elenco di tutte le linee del servizio di trasporto del CTM.
Il Cliente può selezionare la linea di interesse che viene quindi presentata con l’elenco delle relative fermate. Cliccando sulle fermate vengono forniti i successivi passaggi dell’autobus in tempo reale. E’ possibile anche la visualizzazione della linea su mappa.

Calcola percorso
Consente al Cliente di impostare una coordinata di partenza (posizione GPS del terminale oppure impostata manualmente con modalità touch o digitando un indirizzo) ed una di destinazione (indicata con modalità simili a quelle di partenza) per poi calcolare il percorso ottimale per arrivare a destinazione. Viene fornita l’informazione su: linee da utilizzare, eventuali cambi di linea, orari di passaggio in tutte le fermate coinvolte delle linee selezionate (ottenuti in tempo reale).
Trova fermate
Con questa funzionalità si ha la possibilità di ricercare le fermate e le biglietterie più vicine alla posizione GPS rilevata o ad un punto selezionato

Up Mobile
Dunque da oggi per acquistare un biglietto Ctm basterà scaricare gratuitamente l’app da Google Play e da Apple Store. Una volta configurata l’applicazione si potrà scegliere se acquistare un biglietto da 90 minuti, da 120, quello giornaliero o quello settimanale. Cosa fondamentale, non ci sarà nessun sovraccarico né commissioni bancarie a carico del cliente.
L’operazione di configurazione prevede, solo la prima volta, l’inserimento del nome, del cognome e dei dati di credito o della carta prepagata. Una volta perfezionato l’acquisto appare la ricevuta  del biglietto in corso di validità. Trascorsi 5 minuti dall’acquisto il biglietto è valido e può esser usato come un normale biglietto cartaceo. In caso di controllo basterà mostrare la ricevuta tramite smartphone in cui sarà visualizzata la data e l’orario di acquisto, l’inizio e la fine della validità della corsa.
Tramite Up Mobile si potrà anche pianificare il proprio viaggio attraverso un calcola-percorso e ottenere le informazioni del passaggio del mezzo in tempo reale.
Prossimo step un sistema QR Code che permetterà l’acquisto del biglietto elettronico che si potrà tenere in memoria e utilizzare solo quando serve, non subito.The CTM Cagliari modernizes and becomes more accessible to citizens.

Displaying lines
provides a list of all of the shipping service of the CTM.
