La manifestazione si aprirà alle 19:00 con l’incontro/dibattito “VITIGNO O TERRITORIO?RIFLESSIONI,
AVVERTENZE E MODALITÀ”.
Partecipano:

o Gilberto Arru (Guida Touring Club Italia)
o Roberto Petza (Ristorante S’Apposentu – stella Michelin 2013)
Moderatore : Sara Vitali (Edizioni Cinquesensi)
Proseguirà con l’apertura degli stand delle cantine che permetteranno la degustazione dei loro vini
accompagnati da prodotti tipici del territorio.
Intorno alle 22:00 avrà inizio l’esibizione di UMBERTO FIORENTINO TRIO (Umberto
Fiorentino CHITARRA;Antonio Farris CONTRABBASSO;Alessandro Garau
BATTERIA).
Domenica 14 Settembre:
La manifestazione si aprirà alle 17:30 con un seminario tenuto dal Maestro Umberto Fiorentino
Proseguirà con l’apertura degli stand delle cantine che permetteranno la degustazione dei loro vini
accompagnati da prodotti tipici del territorio.
Intorno alle 22:00 avrà inizio l’esibizione de L’ ARMERIA DEI BRIGANTI.
L’iniziativa proposta nasce dalla necessità di promuovere il territorio con le sue eccellenze
enogastronomiche
