Birras, un evento unico nel suo genere in Sardegna.
Insieme una Fiera, una Festa, una Sagra, un’Accademia, uno Spettacolo, con al centro le migliori produzioni artigianale della birra sarda.

Il fascino della miniera di Montevecchio, dei suoi pozzi e gallerie, della fonderia e delle officine, la fatica, il sudore di tanti uomini e donne, il passato di una terra che respira storie di vita vissuta. La stessa terra che in superficie è tanto generosa di paesaggi e di scorci che mozzano il fiato, segnati dalla natura incontaminata, dai profumi della macchia mediterranea, e dall’incedere dello scalpitio dei cervi.

Uno scenario unico, dove provare a sorseggiare un buon bicchiere di birra fresco può diventare un momento prezioso, non banale; dove provare a scoprire il gusto, mai uguale, della birra artigianale, che insieme al coltello, alle ceramiche, al miele, al torrone e ai formaggi, si unisce alle produzioni locali per dare un sapore unico ad una terra, dove ancora oggi vivono gli antichi saperi e dove puoi sentire il respiro del passato incalzare il futuro.  Il Comune di Guspini, gli artigiani sardi della birra, la Pro Loco, il gruppo E20-ProLoco Giovani, insieme per fare di BIRRAS un momento unico, nel quale i saperi dei mastri birrai, il fascino della storia, gli odori della natura, i sapori del tradizionale “Murzu” del minatore, il calore della musica, si fondono per una intera giornata nella cornice del Pozzo Sartori: ogni anno il primo sabato del mese di Luglio nella Miniera di Montevecchio -Cantiere di Levante. La Degustazione, i laboratori, la cultura della birra artigianale.  Nell’officina, nella fonderia, nella falegnameria del Cantiere di Levante, costruiremo i percorsi della birra. Sotto la guida esperta dei mastri birrai e la passione dei migliori degustatori nazionali sorseggiare una buona birra diverrà un momento consapevole, divertente, da godere in compagnia. Gli spazi della miniera saranno dedicati alle storie della birra, alla sua cultura, al suo mondo “in fermento” tutto da scoprire e da sorseggiare. Mostre, Video, Laboratori, Degustazione guidata si alterneranno negli spazi del Cantiere di Levante.

Tasting, laboratories, the culture of craft beer. In the workshop, the foundry, the joinery Shipyard Levante, we will build the paths of beer. Under the expert guidance of master brewers and passion of the best national tasters sip a beer will become a time conscious, funny, to be enjoyed in the company. The spaces of the mine will be dedicated to the stories of beer, its culture, its world “in turmoil” to discover and enjoy. Exhibitions, Video, Workshops, Tasting will take turns in the spaces of the Eastern Shipyard.
