La Consulta dei Giovani di Uta organizza al centro del paese in piazza S’Olivariu la prima manifestazione di
degustazione di birre artigianali SARDE con la partecipazione dei seguenti birrifici :

con la partecipazione di Birra e dintorni (Cagliari) che proporrà una selezione di birre acide , birre senza glutine e birre artigianali del birrificio “a modo mio” (http://www.birrificiosangiovanni.it/amodomio-ipa.html).

Supporterà la manifestazione anche l’associazione di Olbia Fermento Sardo , che durante l’evento realizzerà dal vivo una “cotta” .

Per la degustazione delle birre si utilizzeranno i gettoni, unica moneta della manifestazione dal valore di 1 euro. Un gettone consente di acquistare una degustazione di 10 cl.

Oltre agli stand dei birrifici saranno presenti anche due punti ristoro a cura delle gastronomie locali e posti a sedere per degustare in tutta tranquillità i menù preparati ad hoc per la manifestazione.

Support the event, the binding of Olbia Fermento Sardo, and during the event will carry live a “crush”.

For the beer tasting will use the chips, the only currency of the event by the value of 1 euro. A token allows you to purchase a tasting of 10 cl.

In addition to the stand of the breweries are also two dining options in the care of local shops and places to sit in peace to enjoy our menus prepared specifically for the event.
