Ore 16.00 – Inaugurazione della manifestazione. Apertura delle cortes con i bambini di Ovodda: Centro di Aggregazione Sociale via Taloro ”BIBLIOBUS LIBRI ITINERANTI” e LABORATORI MANUALI: ”LE MANI IN PASTA”, a cura dell’Amministrazione Comunale, della CSB di Nuoro e della Pro Loco di Ovodda.

Concorso fotografico: ”OVODDA LA MAGIA NEL TEMPO IMMOBILE”, a cura del Centro commerciale Naturale.

Premio ”La Cortes più bella”, a cura del Centro Commerciale Naturale.

SABATO 8 NOVEMBRE

ORE 10.00 – Apertura delle Cortes.

Il pane tradizionale

Ore 10.30 – Centro di Aggregazione Sociale Casa del Pane ”Mostra dei pani tradizionali”, a cura del Centro di Panificazione di Monteleone Rocca Doria e esposizione pani della tradizione o

voddese.

Ore 11.00 – Sala Consiliare Convegno: ”GLI SCRIGNI DELLA STORIA. Il Patrimonio Archeologico di Ovodda”, a cura dell’Amministrazione Comunale.

Ore 11.00 – Centro abitato ”La Natura è Piena di Cose Artistiche – l’Arte è Piena di Cose Naturali”, installazione sculture floreali a cura del Fiorista Vittorio Mura di Ovodda.

Ore 14.30 – Centro di Aggregazione sociale Casa del Pane Via Taloro ”Sa o^tta de su Pane”, giornata di sensibilizzazione al consumo del Pan’è Fressa. Dimostrazione di preparazione e cottura del pane nel forno a legna e degustazione a cura dei panificatori dell’Associazione Turistica Pro Loco di Ovodda.

Ore 15.00 – Via Spano ”Nussos e gustos de sa co^ina de mannai” e ”Sos ammanios de su pane”, a cura della Compagnia Teatrale Barberi e dell’Associazione Turistica Pro Loco di Ovodda.

Per tutta la giornata:

”Arti e Mestieri” nel cuore del centro storico gli artigiani ovoddesi daranno prova della loro abilità con le lavorazioni dei prodotti tipici locali, come il Fiore Sardo Dop, i dolci tipici, il Pane’e Fressa, le pelli ed il cuoio, il sughero, il granito, i costumi tradizionali e le Launeddas.
Concorso fotografico: ”OVODDA LA MAGIA NEL TEMPO IMMOBILE”, a cura del Centro commerciale Naturale.
Premio ”La Cortes più bella”, a cura del Centro Commerciale Naturale.
Balli e canti della tradizione ovoddese accompagneranno i visitatori durante la scoperta delle cortes, a cura dei gruppi folk Oro’hole, Tenores e Chimbe Quintales.

DOMENICA 9 NOVEMBRE

Ore 10.00 – Apertura delle Cortes.

Ore 10.30 – Centro di Aggregazione Sociale Casa del Pane Mostra dei pani tradizionali a cura del Centro di Panificazione di Monteleone Rocca Doria e esposizione pani della tradizione ovoddese.

11.00 – Nearest town ” Nature is full of Artistic Things – Art is Full of Natural Things ”, installation flower sculptures by the Florist Victor Walls of Ovodda.

14.30 – Centre for Social gathering House of Bread Street Taloro ” de Sa o ^ ct of Bread ”, a day to raise awareness of consumer Pan’e Fressa. Demonstration of preparation and baking bread in a wood oven and tasting by Bakers Association Pro Loco Tourist Ovodda.

15.00 – Via Spano ” Nussos and gustos de sa co ^ ina de Mannai ” and ” de Sos ammanios of bread ”, organized by the Theatre Company Barberi and the Tourism Association Pro Loco Ovodda.

Throughout the day:

” Arts and Crafts ” in the heart of the historic center ovoddesi artisans will demonstrate their skills in the processes of local products, such as Fiore Sardo DOP, the sweets, the Pane’e Fressa, skins and leather, cork, granite, traditional costumes and Launeddas.
Photo Contest: ” Ovodda THE MAGIC TIME PROPERTY ”, edited by the Natural Mall.
Award ” The most beautiful Cortes ”, organized by the Nature Center.
Dancing and singing traditional ovoddese accompany visitors during the discovery of cortes, by folk groups Oro’hole, Tenores and Chimbe Quintales.
