Venerdì 26 Settembre
Ore 19,30 Inaugurazione al tramonto delle Cortes: il percorso avverrà alla luce di fiaccole, candele o torce, visitando le cortes, e sas ‘omos, allestite a partire dall’idea del LAVORO che possa essere progetto nuovo e antico, ritorno alle tante particolarità del territorio (a partire dall’ambiente, per tornare ai sapori, agli odori, alla vocazione all’ospitalità che da sempre contraddistingue questo paese. Durante l’inaugurazione verranno offerti a tutti coloro che saranno ad Austis, assaggi dei prodotti locali.

Sabato 27 Settembre
Ore 10,00 Apertura delle Cortes, con allestimenti incentrati sul tema del lavoro (gusti, profumi e sapori d’eccellenza, capacità artigianali locali, culture e cultura del territorio austese e della Barbagia del Mandrolisai).
Ore 11,00 Presentazione del laboratorio curato dall’Associazione Malik con la Scuola Media di Austis sui libri confezionati coi prodotti del territorio.
Ore 16,00 Teatralizzazioni e letture tra le Cortes, a cura dell’Associazione Culturale Malik – I libri aiutano a leggere il mondo, e dell’Associazione Teatrale Sa Maschinganna de Tannoro (Austis).
Ore 18,30 Concerto per Campane, a cura dell’ ‘Associazione Regionale Suonatori di Campane de Sardigna’.
Ore 20,00 I musicisti di Austis si raccontano: canti, racconti e balli di una Comunità in festa.

Domenica 28 Settembre
Ore 10,00 Apertura delle Cortes, con allestimenti incentrati sul tema del lavoro (gusti, profumi e sapori d’eccellenza, capacità artigianali locali, culture e cultura del territorio austese e della Barbagia del Mandrolisai).
Ore 10,30 Esposizione e rendering dei risultati dello studio ‘Cibo e territorio. Strategie e innovazioni organizzative delle produzioni agro-alimentari locali e di qualità?’, progetto coordinato da Benedetto Meloni, per il Dipartimento di Scienze Sociali e delle istituzioni, dell’Università di Cagliari, in collaborazione con l’Associazione Malik – I libri aiutano a leggere il mondo.
Ore 15,00 Esibizione itinerante della Berchidda Funky Orchestra di Berchidda, gruppo di giovani specializzati in repertori jazzistici da strada e di strada. A conclusione della manifestazione, canti e balli di una Comunità in festa.AUTUMN IN BARBAGIA 2014
