AUTUNNO IN BARBAGIA 2013 fa tappa questa settimana a Tiana dal 15 al 17 novembre 2013.

Tiana, a 600 m. (s.l.m.), immersa in una ampia vallata a “y” coperta di lecci e quercie secolari solcata da corsi d’acqua. Visitatori del “gran tour” dell’800 la definirono come luogo di delizie, un paradiso terrestre, il giardino islamico del corano.

Venite a visitarci: Sorgenti incontaminate; profumi inebrianti, vivande invitanti e vini superbi; bella e comoda, la strada statale 128 la percorre tutta; altrettanto belle le diramazioni con panorama sulle colorite falde dei nostri tetti e camignoli fumanti.

Amate l’archeologia? Facilmente raggiungibili i “Forredos de Mancosu”, le notissime domus de janas scavate nella roccia.

Preferite l’archeologia industriale? Ecco l’unica gualchiera, originale, ancora funzionante in Europa! Il bel mulino, vero, incluso. Ne ammirerete, con le guide sul posto, i meccanismi, ne udrete i ritmici battiti, ne valuterete potenza ed efficienza a un tempo e i loro… motori idraulici… perenni e funzionanti… gratuitamente!

In sa ‘omo de Zuanni Austinu Zedda – Il filo dell’identità: orbace, Nivola e libertà. Opere d’arte realizzate in orbace, ispirate alla libertà del genio di Costantino Nivola, a cura del Gruppo Orbaxi e della Biblioteca Gramsciana.

“In sa crachera de Franzisku Bellu” – visita guidata con dimostrazione della follatura dell’orbace.
“In su mòlinu ‘e Pera Bellu” e in “Su mòlinu de Su Monzu” – le vie del Mugnaio, dimostrazione dell’arte e della tecnica della macina del grano.
La filiera della lana di pecora: fasi dimostrative della lavatura della lana, della cardatura, della pettinatura, della filatura e orditura tradizionale;
La filiera della lana tinta: fasi dimostrative dell’arte della tintura della lana con erbe e piante locali
Dalle 10.30 alle 17.00 – Centro storico – Rappresentazioni attività creative.
“Sa ‘omo ‘e su forru’ In su corzu ‘e Prunischeddu”: a cura delle panificatrici locali. Le fasi della preparazione e cottura “de su pane fresa e de is pizzuda e’ gherda”.
In “Su Cortzu de Cogotti” – a cura dei casari locali: le fasi della produzione del formaggio tipico.
Centro informazioni turistico: Dalla pecora all’orbace… il tradizionale ciclo di produzione dell’orbace e il suo utilizzo… fasi dimostrative della lavorazione dell’orbace con la tessitura al telaio tradizionale e la realizzazione di
indumenti tessili tradizionali;
Itinerario dell’arte e della storia, lungo le vie e le cortes all’interno del centro storico, alla riscoperta degli antichi mestieri: su ferreri, su maist’e linna, su maist’e pannu, su zillerarzu, su carzolaiu, su cracherarzu, …
Piazza Medie ore 11.00 workshop – Tiana custode di biodiversità: il fagiolo Tianese quali prospettive…? Ne parla la comunità tianese con le agenzie regionali, l’università, gli enti di ricerca e i cultori delle biodiversità con la
partecipazione straordinaria dello chef Luigi Pomata… A seguire, degustazione delle pietanze tipiche preparate, elaborate e cucinate dallo chef.
– “In s’apposentu de sa biblioteca”- ore 16.00 / 18.00 – Laboratori di educazione al gusto: degustazione guidata del miele e degustazione dell’olio. A cura degli esperti dell’Agenzia Regionale Laore. (Gradita la prenotazione)

Ore 9.00 – Apertura Cortes, laboratori e mostre.
Dalle ore 10.00 alle 15.00 – Centro storico – 4a Edizione “Il Percorso del Gusto” per la valorizzazione dei prodotti locali. Appuntamento gastronomico “Piatti a filiera corta” all’interno delle cortes tra gli scenari del passato e i
sapori del presente le tradizioni culinarie da riscoprire… pietanze tipiche preparate, elaborate e cucinate da encomiabili chef.
Dalle ore 10.00: Nelle cortes e vie del centro storico… Musiche tradizionali emesse in piena armonia dagli arcaici e moderni strumenti: dalle launeddas; all’organetto e la fisarmonica; alle percussioni e le danze di ballerini di vari paesi in costume tipico.

Sabato e Domenica dalle 9.00-16.00 – Servizio navetta con guida per il Museo di Archeologia industriale “Le vie dell’acqua” per la visita degli opifici “Sa Crachera” e “Su mòlinu de su Monzu” lungo il corso del Rìo Torrei: partenza e ritorno innanzi al Centro Informazione turistiche, Via Nazionale.
