Saturday, November 10
10.00 – Council Room: Inauguration of the Exhibition with local schools; Opening Cortes.
10.30 – Centre for Social Aggregation: House of Bread. Via Taloro:” View of the Ceremonial Pani”, edited by Bakers Ovodda and the Museum of Bread of Boroughbridge. During the day you will be prepared dishes with local products by the chef Claudio Cagliari Ara.
11.00 – Council Room: Conference:” The treasures of history: Ovodda and its archaeological heritage,” by the City.
15.30 – Via Taloro: Centre for Social Aggregation” de Sa o ^ tta of Bread” awareness day consumption of pan’e fressa Demonstration of preparation and baking of bread in the oven and tasting, by the Bakers’ Association of Ovodda and the Association Proloco. ” Ceremonial Exhibition of Bread” by the Bakers Ovodda and the Museum of Bread of Boroughbridge.
16.00 – Hall:” No I know ‘isporadu and no m’isporo …” Meeting on the poetry of ovoddese” 800 and the first 900, by the City.
17.30 – Council Room: Presentation of the drawings made in the project THE CANVAS” ARACNE Write a Drawing – Drawing Scripture”, edited by Prof. Chart editorial. Angelo Monne and Our Youth Ovodda.
Throughout the day: Arts & crafts in the heart of the historic center, exhibition of craftsmanship of cork, granite, leather and leather costumes, launeddas and local products of Fiore Sardo DOP of sweets and bread fressa.
Dancing and singing traditional ovoddese accompany visitors during the discovery of cortes, by folk groups Oro’hole – Oleri – Choir Zente Sarda – Tenores Jorghi Matteoli and Chimbe Quintales.
Sunday, November 11
10.00 – Opening of the Cortes
10.30 – Centre for Social Aggregation – Casa Del Pane in Via Taloro,” de Sa o ^ tta of Bread” awareness day consumption of pan’e fressa Demonstration of preparation and baking of bread in the oven and tasting, by bakers ovoddesi and the Tourist Proloco. ” Ceremonial Exhibition of Bread” by the Bakers Ovodda and the Museum of Bread of Boroughbridge. During the day you will be prepared dishes with local produce, prepared by chef Claudio Cagliari Ara.
16.00 – Piazza Gennargentu – exhibition” Su Ballu de sa Varza” by the Theatre Company Barberi.
16.30 – On the streets of the country – Itinerant Exhibition” Organ” by the folk group Oleri with the participation of groups Palmas Arborea, Nuragus, Osilo, Oliena, Gavoi, Fonni Atzara and Lula.
17.00 – Via Tuveri: Meeting of music and words Sardinia” The Sound of a Life”, by Giuliano Marongiu and Roberto Tangianu, with the participation of other Sardinian artists.
