Le associazioni Aloe Felice e Ambiente Sardegna,
organizzano la prima di due escursioni, mirate alla conoscenza delle erbette buone selvatiche e delle piante officinali e le loro applicazioni alimentari e pratiche delle erbe presenti nel colle di S.Ignazio.
Una passeggiata che ci permetterà di addentrarci nel fantastico mondo delle piante officinali, come il timo, l’elicriso, il finochietto selvatico, l’assenzio ed altre ancora.
Si illustreranno gli eventuali piatti alimentari che si possono cucinare con le erbette buone selvatiche….
L’escursione si concluderà sul forte di S.Ignazio, dove verranno mostrati alcuni prodotti che si possono creare con le piante e degustare infusi e liquori a base di erbe locali.
