ALLA MANIERA DI….CALENDARIO 2013 – ESPACE S&P – CAGLIARI – FINO AL 30 DICEMBREIN THE MANNER OF….CALENDAR 2013 – ESPACE S&P – CAGLIARI – UNTIL DECEMBER 30

Tredici tavole per illustrare il nuovo anno attraverso immagini di forte suggestione. E’ la mostra “Alla maniera di…”, il calendario del 2013 firmato da Alberto Soi, e realizzato dalle Arti Grafiche Pisano e Ojos design, che l’associazione culturale Suoni&Pause inaugura giovedì 13 dicembre alle 19 nella galleria Espace S&P di via Savoia 7, a Cagliari.

Dopo l’edizione 2011 dedicata ai grandi grafici del passato, e quella 2012 dedicata a colleghi sardi e internazionali, con il nuovo calendario, realizzato quest’anno anche in formato segnalibro, Alberto Soi conclude un ciclo triennale proponendo citazioni tratte da alcuni dei lavori più amati del suo percorso progettuale e professionale.

Manifesti e altri artefatti comunicativi, realizzati dal 1981 a oggi, illustrano le tredici tavole del calendario, che accompagnano con immagini sempre suggestive trasfigurate da una sovrascrittura creativa, dal brillare dei colori metallici, dalle luminosità dei colori fluorescenti, dai contrasti delle verniciature, il fluire delle stagioni.

Il percorso dell’esposizione, affiancando a ogni tavola originali di manifesti, lay-out e schizzi ancora realizzati con matite, tempere, lucidi e pantone, illustrazioni aerografate di grande formato, documenta sia l’evoluzione personale della forma progettuale sia il suo adattarsi all’evoluzione delle tecniche e dei media della comunicazione.

La mostra, che resterà aperta sino al 30 dicembre, si può visitare tutti i giorni, lunedì escluso, dalle 19 alle 21.

Alberto Soi. Pratica la libera professione dal 1980. Si è formato alla Scuola del libro di Milano dove ha conseguito successive specializzazioni in editoria, allestimenti e immagine coordinata. Attualmente, con la società Ojos design da lui fondata con Elisabetta Marongiu nel 2004, progetta identità istituzionali e aziendali, prodotti editoriali, multimediali e web, allestimenti culturali e commerciali e fornisce consulenza di marketing territoriale per la promozione dei beni culturali e ambientali, per la formazione professionale e lo sviluppo dell’artigianato.
Iscritto al BEDA, socio AIAP, di cui è stato vicepresidente nazionale, ha insegnato, tenuto conferenze, organizzato mostre e workshop per la promozione della cultura del design e della comunicazione visiva. Suoi lavori sono stati esposti e pubblicati in Italia e all’estero.

Thirteen tables to illustrate the new year with images of strong suggestion. And ‘the exhibition “In the manner of …”, the calendar of 2013 signed by Alberto Soi, and produced by the Graphic Arts Pisano and Ojos design, the cultural association Sounds & Pause opens Thursday, December 13 to 19 in the gallery Espace S & P Via Savoia 7 in Cagliari.

After the 2011 edition dedicated to the great graphics of the past, and the 2012 dedicated to Sardinian and international colleagues, with the new schedule, realized in format Bookmark this year, Alberto Soi concludes by proposing a three-year cycle quotations from some of the most loved his design process and professional.

Posters and other communication artifacts, made from 1981 to the present, showing the thirteen tables in the calendar, with accompanying images always suggestive transfigured by an override creative, the shine of metallic colors, the brightness of fluorescent colors, the contrasts of the painting, the flow the seasons.

The route of exposure, adding to each board original posters, layouts and sketches still made with pencils, paints, polishes and pantone, airbrushed pictures of large format documents both the personal evolution of form design and its fit to ‘evolution of techniques and media of communication.

The exhibition will remain open until December 30th, you can visit every day, except Mondays, from 19 to 21.

Alberto Soi. Practice the profession since 1980. He trained at the School of the book of Milan where he obtained later specialization in publishing, design and corporate identity. Currently, the company he founded with Ojos design Marongiu Elizabeth in 2004, institutional and corporate identity design, publishing, web and multimedia, cultural and commercial installations and advises local marketing for the promotion of cultural and environmental assets, for vocational training and the development of crafts.
Member of the BEDA, socio AIAP, where he was national vice president, taught, lectured, organized exhibitions and workshops for the promotion of the culture of design and visual communication. His work has been exhibited and published in Italy and abroad.
