ACQUA TREKKING NEL FLUMENDOSA – MERCOLEDI 1 MAGGIOWATER TREKKING IN FLUMENDOSA RIVER – WEDNESDAY MAY 1

vi accompagna ad esplorare uno dei maggiori corsi d’acqua dell’isola nel modo più bello, come sempre a piedi con la novità di nuotare.
In queste settimane di calura dove camminare per sentieri non è certo invitante, seguiremo il sentiero d’acqua del Flumendosa in uno dei suoi tratti più caratteristici e scenografici.
Pozze profonde anche cinque sei metri, cascatelle, rocce levigate dal moto perpetuo dell’acqua ed in più il contatto diretto con gli abitanti di questo ecosistema, che vi stupirà.
Questa escursione è prevalentemente naturalistica, non sportiva, nonostante muoverete ogni singolo muscolo del corpo…
Vi presenteremo trote, tinche e carpe, testuggini d’acqua, l’affascinante storia dell’Agone…
Si richiede esperienza nel muoversi su terreni sconnessi e perfetta acquaticità.
Il percorso è di 10km mediamente impegnativo dal punto di vista tecnico e come impegno fisico.
Attrezzature: sono indispensabili maschera e snorkel, una muta leggera almeno per la parte inferiore del corpo, ideale una salopette, zaino da torrentismo o speleo in estremis anche zaino normale, corredati da una sacca stagna, scarponi da trekking (nonostante l’acqua) per chi lo ha un caschetto da roccia.
