Secondo anello, dopo “On Air …ovvero 100 modi per restare in volo!” della trilogia sugli elementi che terminerà forse tra due anni, Abissi nei meandri del corpo è il nuovo debutto di Virginia Viviano e del suo gruppo Teatro Circo Maccus in scena al Teatro delle Saline nell’ambito di 1 Euro Festival domenica 9 e lunedì 10 giugno alle ore 21:00.

Ben 10 performer sulla scena (Paolo Hellies, Francesca Canosa, PaolaTurata, Ga, Flavio Vigna, Sara Perra, Daniele Pattinau, Roberta Pleisant, Andrea Roeckl, Paulina Mazur), due musicisti (Simon Balestrazzi e Marcellino Garau) un costumista (Salvatore Aresu) tre tecnici (Gianluca Tronci, Lorenzo Perra, Lele Dentoni) per una regista, Virginia Viviano, abile ad inventare e far vivere nuovi spazi. Uno spettacolo complesso, difficilmente ascrivibile a un unico genere, che si svolge attorno all’acqua e all’abisso dell’emozione fino ai limiti estremi, affinché suggestione, abilità e narrazione si fondano in un percorso univoco.

Ispirato a “Il libro dell’inquietudine” di Fernando Pessoa, Abissi è un tuffo nelle acque che vibrano con l’ansia di vivere per portare in superficie la trasfigurazione concreta ed emozionale della scintilla divina che è in ognuno di noi. Una ricerca del “movimento” d’insieme immaginato dentro l’acqua profonda e oscura da cui affiorano  ricordi, drammi di vita ed emozioni sommerse. Una storia ambientata nel nostro passato prossimo in cui uomini e donne esangui, sbiaditi, dall’aria familiare ci vengono incontro. ” Abissi è l’incontro con noi stessi, perché ognuno  di noi è diverso da ciò che appare in superficie, il buco nero nella nostra anima, il luogo dove sogni, desideri  e speranze troppo spesso restano al buio” afferma la regista Virginia Viviano. “Ho impiegato 38 anni per la preparazione di questo spettacolo. Il tempo a me necessario per presagire chi sono: avere una propria identità è una strada lunga e piena di trappole. Il legame con le radici è stato un ancoraggio fondamentale per ogni performer che si è potuto muovere nella propria acqua fetale e sentire il proprio essere prima di essere”.

Inspired by “The Book of Disquiet” by Fernando Pessoa, the Abyss is a dip in the waters that vibrate with the anxiety of living to bring to the surface the practical and emotional transfiguration of the divine spark within each of us. A search of the “movement” of the whole imagined in the deep water and from which emerge dark memories, dramas of life and emotions submerged. A story set in our recent past in which men and women pale, faded, from the family come to meet us. “Deep is the encounter with ourselves, because each of us is different from what appears on the surface, the black hole in our soul, the place where dreams, hopes and desires too often remain in the dark,” says the director Virginia Viviano. “It took me 38 years to the preparation of this show.
