L’Hotel – Ristorante “S’Uliariu” in collaborazione col Birrificio 4 Mori
organizza per domenica 17 Novembre 2013 un pranzo presso la splendida struttura a Flumini di Quartu con un menù speciale accompagnato dalla Bionda 4 Mori.
Al mattino grazie al coordinamento tecnico della Scuola Nordic Walking Cagliari potrete prenotare la vostra escursione alla scoperta del bellissimo paesaggio marino di Solanas e P.to Saruxi.

Per quanto riguarda l’escursione il percorso che affronteremo domenica è un vero e proprio dipinto della natura in cui il mare dai colori unici ci accompagna per la totalità dell’ escursione. L’escursione si svolge su uno stradello granitico con ottimo fondo, ideale per la pratica del nordic walking, con poco dislivello, ma un continuo e leggero saliscendi che rende l’attività moderatamente impegnativa. Il percorso è caratterizzato da una prima parte ad anello che sovrasta la spiaggia di Solanas, con uno splendido scenario, carico di colori ed emozioni uniche. La seconda parte dell’escursione si svolge su un sentiero sterrato che ci porterà verso est fino alla spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi, qui se la giornata lo consente scenderemo fino alla spiaggia, per eseguire una sessione di esercizi in riva al mare. Il ritorno, seguirà il percorso dell’andata, anche questa parte di escursione, è caratterizzata da un panorama unico, che solo il mare della Sardegna può regalare. Il percorso è per gran parte esposto verso sud quindi prevalentemente riparato e piacevole anche con venti provenienti dai quadranti nord-occidentali. E’ presente una fitta macchia mediterranea, prevalentemente arbustiva, che non ripara dal sole: per cui cappellini, occhiali e creme solari sono raccomandate. La lunghezza tot. dell’escursione è di 12 km, per una durata complessiva di 3 h circa, escluse le soste fotografiche/snack/allenamenti.
L’appuntamento prevede un primo incontro ore 9:30 presso il distributore Agip fronte Info Point, dopo la rotatoria, sulla SP 17 inizio della litoranea per Villasimius.
Un secondo appuntamento e la partenza dell’escursione è prevista per le 10:00 presso lo sterrato presente dopo i primi tornanti una volta superata Solanas sempre sulla SP 17.

In the morning, thanks to the technical coordination of the School Nordic Walking Cagliari you can book your excursion to discover the beautiful seascape of Solanas and P.to Saruxi .

As for the hike the path that we will face Sunday is a real painting of nature in which the sea by unique colors accompanies us for the entirety of the ‘ excursion. The tour takes place on a narrow road with granite solid ground , ideal for Nordic walking , with little difference , but a continuous and slight ups and downs that makes the activity moderately challenging . The course is characterized by a first ring part overlooking the beach of Solanas , with beautiful scenery , full of colors and emotions. The second part of the excursion takes place on a dirt path that will take us to the beach to the east of Porto Sa Ruxi here if the weather permits it will go down to the beach , to perform an exercise session in the sea. The return will follow the same road , this part of the excursion , is characterized by a unique view, that only the sea of Sardinia can offer. The route is mostly exposed to the south then mostly repaired and pleasant with winds coming from the north- western quadrant . It ‘ a dense maquis , mainly shrub , which protects from the sun, so hats , sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended . The total length . the excursion is 12 km, for a total duration of about 3 hours , excluding stops photographic / snacks / workouts.
The event will include a first meeting at 9:30 am at the Agip petrol station opposite Info Point , after the roundabout on the SP 17 start of the coastal road to Villasimius.
A second appointment and the departure of the excursion is scheduled for 10:00 am at the dirt present after the first bends after passing Solanas always on the SP 17.
