A SASSARI ARRIVA IL PANE “IN ATTESA”IN SASSARI START THE “WAITING BREAD”

Sulla scia del “caffè sospeso” – abitudine in voga soprattutto a Napoli di lasciare il caffè pagato per chi non può permetterselo – è nata “Pane in attesa”. Di cosa si tratta? Basta andare in un forno e lasciare un’offerta libera in un apposito contenitore. Il denaro viene tenuto da parte finché nel forno non si presenta una persona bisognosa, segnalata dall’associazione e munita di un apposito tesserino. A qual punto il fornaio non deve fare altro che preparare un sacchetto con 5 panini e prelevare dal contenitore delle offerte l’importo dovuto.

A Sassari l’iniziativa è proposta da una panetteria del centro storico in via Torre Tonda e dai volontari dei Guardian Angels.
