We are pleased to present the first master organized by RedFox pub, in collaboration with chef Maurizio Stara.

beer and food to the discovery of taste, ‘a way to introduce our guests to the beer world seen by a gastronomic side.
the evening will be ‘a journey through the flavors of international fusion cuisine that will vary’ from the eastern region, combining every dish a beer that will enhance ‘the flavor of it, in turn making the beer a drink unique.

The evening will begin ‘with a short meeting to introduce guests to the world of beer, and going’ on with tastings, showing a summary of its history, from the discovery of beer to new trends.

the chef will propose ’10 dishes from appetizers to desserts, each dish will be’ combined with a beer, and will be ‘explained’ cause of the combination.

many people are submitting to the wonderful world of beer, with this event and we would like to take the ‘opportunity to explain the various differences that distinguish the many types on the market, and give you an introduction to the world of food pairings.

all informazionii will be exposed to proffesionisti the sector, which will be at your disposal for any questions.

at the end of the evening there will be ‘left a certificate of participation, and you will have the chance’ to win various prizes with the quiz on beer!
