EXCURSION TO SANLURI AND ACQUAFREDDA CASTLE – SATURDAY DECEMBER 8

DESCRIPTION

From the picturesque Castle Acquafredda, perched on a massive volcanic hill and whose history is linked to that of the notorious Count Ugolino, to the Castle of Sanluri, the only area in Sardinia, whose furnishings and an atmosphere reminiscent of centuries of history, the legendary Sardinia Judicial Eleonora D’Arborea until the Second World War.

PROGRAM

- Meeting at 9:00 in Cagliari with the staff of Trip Sardinia and shift Siliqua bus GT equipped with every comfort;

- Arrival in Siliqua at around 10:00 and guided tour to the Castle of Acquafredda (1 hour and 30 minutes):

- 12:00 am about lunch

Option a) Lunch at the restaurant “Sa forredda” (**** stars Trip Advisor) ground-based menu

Option b) Packed Lunches alone at the picnic area of the park of the Castle of Acquafredda;

- 15:30 departure to the Castle of Sanluri, guided tour of the Castle and the Museum of the Risorgimento;

- At approximately 17:30, departure from and return to Cagliari Sanluri for hours around 18:30.
