Some of the songs are taken from the album “Talkin ‘about Mr. Green” of Charles Company Trio – Widesound Records, a tribute to the great Grant Green, the dean of jazz guitar and musician’s flagship label Blue Note in the early sixties. The repertoire ranges from classic hard bop compositions up to lead the jazzfunk (Green has often been called one of the fathers of acid jazz). Is also proposed some original song.
