Born shy as the dawn the morning of the four latinjazzisti project Bossa Nova, Carla Lai on vocals and guitar, Matteo Marongiu on bass, Roberto Maurizio Boi Vizilio on guitar and drums. Basic rhythm and elegance that goes straight to the heart.

In the 19 years from Oristano to study music in Milan, where he discovers the Brazilian popular music. Among the books of the university, was planning his trip to study Bossa Nova and Samba in Rio de Janeiro.
Lives in Rio de Janeiro for a year and a half, is working on a project with some musicians, entitled “New bossa Raiz”.
The musical experiment is not the attempt of evolutionary Bossa Nova genre which seem today, in its fiftieth year, says its uniqueness and appreciation worldwide.
The project “New Bossa Raiz” is quite the artistic intent to re-read a recent story from the same underlying principles of Bossa Nova.
The Bossa Nova is rooted in love, beauty, happiness and especially in the nostalgia of it all, the famous “saudade”.
In this dimension we place our work in the hope of building something new, something you can appreciate.
