NORDIC WALKING COURSE – CAGLIARI – OCTOBER 6 TO 14
Is practiced on the ground, the grass, even sand and asphalt. Nordic Walking, generally known as Nordic walking is the exercise in which the natural path is combined the use of sticks specific ultra-modern carbon fiber and glass fiber.
The association SensOrizzonte offers members a course to learn the basic techniques, providing the necessary sticks and offering students free half-day excursion.
Nordic walking turns a simple walk in a complete and effective aerobic workout, thanks to dynamic sticks. Practiced regularly and with proper technique, it is a valuable ingredient for improving the quality of daily life. It’s simple and fun, but we need to rely on a qualified instructor to learn the basic skills and reach a technical level that guarantees the best results.
The Nordic Walking Association SensOrizzonte follows the training protocols established by the International Federation INWA, represented in Italy by the Italian Nordic Walking (ANWI) and in over forty countries around the world. The learning method is simple and intuitive.
The lessons are taught by Silvia Talana, ANWI National Coach and at the end of the course, you buy the diploma and the title of Nordic Walker.
